While you have an Arc ability equipped, Arc ability or Jolt final blows increase the recharge rate of your abilities and extend the duration of Stormtrance.
Build Details
Cast Grenade to Jolt targets, use melee on CD. Cast rift to proc arc soul. If you have Ionic Sentry at this point cast it. It can stun champions as it blinds anything close by. Try and cast rifts in areas your teammates will walk through to have them proc Arc Soul. Have fun.
You can switch out your power weapon for a machine gun to stun overload. Highly recommend use Noxious with at least Jolting Feed Back. With this you will be throwing sentries constantly while also having your Arc Soul. This build is perfect for Nightfall's as you can stun everything and anything. You will constantly be getting super energy and being able to electrify the whole battlefield.
