Build Details
This build utilizes a mix of Getaway Artist's Sentient Arc Soul, Hellion and extremely customizable super and weapon options to provide you with some of the highest DPS I've ever managed to produce in all my efforts.
I cannot stress enough how easily this build allows me to regularly do phenomenal DPS even in fully stacked clans of people who all know what they're doing.
Final Warning might sound strange, but I promise it's worth taking a peek at; it can deal some insane damage, more than rocket sidearms, just by aiming down sights and getting headshots. With the catalyst it does even more and can fire for way longer without needing a reload. I know it's an odd pick, but just give it an afternoon and see what you think of it.
Aberrant and VS Chill are totally optional (as is Final Warning if you REALLY can't jive with it,) just run something meaningful and fun to you; this is the setup that lets me specifically get absurdly high DPS, so if you're running into issues with your setup, maybe stray closer to this one.
Adding to this customisability, the super is also extremely generous. Song of Flame is a fantastic choice for longer DPS phases if you're scared of running out of Heavy; Nova Bomb is incredible if you need maximum DPS right this instant; Needlestorm is awesome for it's ability to deal staggered damage without blocking LoS of your fellow guardians in the way a big ball of purple does.
I've tinkered around with swapping Feed the Void for Bleak Watcher and... I mean it's fine, more damage is good damage! If you trust Aberrant and Recuperation to keep you up by all means! But Feed the Void has the dual benefit of full heals on ability kills (which both Hellion and Arc Soul count as, so you'll be healing from kills you didn't even know you were getting) but it ALSO provides you with some grenade energy on kill which really keeps the build from running into a rut where you don't have a grenade to eat.
Final Warning and Aberrant as needed (Aberrant for tougher encounters against lots of mobs, Final Warning for tougher single enemies)
Eat your Arc Grenade freely, you usually get it back before it's even done
FOR DPS PHASES: Eat Arc grenade, Transcend and throw grenade, Super, melee, begin Envious Arsenal Bait and Switching with VS Chill Inhibitor, using Grenades and Melees as needed. Make sure Hellion is up, but where precisely it goes is up to you.
TL;DR - Eat - Transcend - Grenade - Super - Melee - Weapon damage/Grenade and Melee (use Class Ability at any time, earlier is better)
If you hate any of these weapons; just use something else! This build is very generous. Arc buddy and Hellion do a ton of work here, so you have room to be flexible.
If you wanna run a different super, Song of Flame and Nova Bomb are both incredible options!
