Six Coyote basically just give you a free copy of reaper and also an additional dodge charge to let you dodge more often.

Slow source: Winter Shroud dodge, Shuriken, Duskfield Grenade and your super.

Primary Weapon: Bold Ending (preferably with Strategist) Veiled Threat (preferably with Strategist) Critical Anomaly (preferably with Chill Clip)

Energy weapon: Buried Bloodline Tessellation Cloudstrike Ergo Sum

Power weapon can be depended on content: Cold Comfort The Slammer (Eager Edge/Relenless Strike + Cold Steel) Suspectum-4FR (Envi + Firing Line)

Whisper of Fissure is optional: Fissure: For more burst damage from shattering frozen target (recommend for lower tier contents). Rime: For higher stack of frost armor (let you survive in higher tier contents). Bond: More orb. Hunger: More melee energy.
