Build Details
You need Gyrfalcon's either the chest, or on the cloak. My cloak personally has Gyrfalcon's with inmost light but you can change the second perk.
If you need anti barrier you can use Critical Anomaly
Just start off by using your withering blade to debuff the target, or any other way of debuffing the target.
After that demolish everything :).
