Build Details
So the heart of this loadout is grappling damage and also the navigator catalyst which makes a grappling point at the shot location it has a 30 second cooldown.
Relativism has to have spirt of cyrtarache and spirt of galanor. Use the navigator to make a grapple point then grapple then repeat till you can make another grapple point, this will give you woven mail and extra flinch resistance.
With galanor you will get most of your super back with our head mods your super will recharge almost instantly, to get your super back you will have to use your melee and gamblers dodge you should get your super back immediately.
Shadow price can be adept but it must have adept impact. Speloligist only use in a sticky situation.
