How It Works

NOTE:

Fair Judgement can be purchased at the exotic kiosk in the legacy gear section. It has Rimestealer and headstone in different columns. Enhance the weapon to allow Rimestealer to grant 2x frost armor per crystal shattered
if you don’t want to run Fair Judgement, run any stasis weapon with rimestealer though Fair Judgement is most effective from my experience with this build

Gameplay Loop

Deploy Bleak Watcher
Shatter stasis crystals/freeze targets
Tank nearly everything
when frozen enemies shatter they also freeze other enemies (iceflare bolts)
