Dodging instantly reloads all your weapons and grants increased reload and handling to you and nearby allies. While the buff is active, additional dodges increase the buff strength and refresh the timer, maxing out at 5 stacks. Dealing sustained damage grants class ability energy.

Build Details
This is a hodgepodge of other builds I've seen. Mint Retrograde can make enough ammo to be self sustaining with the right set up. And Speedloader Slacks is essentially the better Radiant Dance Machines for PvE due to only requiring damage instead of kills. And using the recently discovered Opaque Hourglass tech with Paracausal Blast or whatever it's called to do like 10k+ damage a shot with Elemental Honing, Transcendence, and Radiant. Buried Bloodline for Devour for life security and weaken. All the elemental mods and stuff, and Tightly Woven for free stats while you have Woven Mail active, which you should constantly.
This is a Raid build, since I like Raids. If it doesn't work as well in the solo ops mines, cry about it.
