Armor Charge needed to be able to pick up Orbs, even when Super is full, Bastion Barricades are heavily affected by Variable Cooldowns. Flat Energy Gains for longer cooldown Abilities take penalties - 70% Class Ability energy via Utility Finisher is still alot but is heavily reduced, affects all flat gain sources.

• Wish-Keeper Strand Exotic Bow gains up to 6 stacks of Snareweaver upon scoring Precision Hits and/or kills, kills counting for more depending on Enemy Rank. Snareweaver Arrow can be used at 6 stacks, when Hip-Firing, Suspending on impact and setting up Snare Traps around the area that will Suspend any targets that come in contact with it's links. Wish-Keeper deals 50% increased damage to Suspended targets, 100% to bodyshot damage on Suspended targets, and Suspending or damaging a Suspended target grants +100 Reload Speed and a 0.7x Draw Time Scalar
• Abeyant Leap, when Suspending enemies, gain Woven Mail for 10sec
• Woven Mail grants 45% Damage Resistance
• Bastion Aspect provides a 45HP Void Overshield to you and Allies within 15metres, steadily generates 10HP Void Overshield per second while behind the Barricade, and grants a 45HP Void Overshield to Allies within 15metres while casting your Super
• Void Overshields provide 70% Damage Resistance, up to 45HP that is on top of a Guardian's usual Health Bars, allowing Health to regenerate while a Void Overshield is present. Benefits are lost when Void Overshield is broken
• Controlled Demolition Aspect applies Volatile to Void Ability and Volatile explosion hits. Volatile Detonations grant 90HP to the User and Allies within 40metres
• Echo of Undermining makes Grenades Weaken targets for 15% increased damage from any source for 6sec
• Echo of Harvest provides an Orb of Power and Void Breach upon killing a Weakened target, every 10sec
• Void Breaches provide 12.5% Class Ability energy on pickup, visible to you only, and incurs a 5sec cooldown upon generation
• Echo of Starvation grants Devour for 5sec upon Orb of Power or Void Breach pickup
• Devour provides 100HP upon activation: a kill reactivates Health gains, extends Devour by 5sec, and grants Grenade energy based on Enemy Tier killed
• Rally Barricades provide the lowest Class Ability cooldown, lasts 20sec, will Shatter any Stasis Crystals or Frozen targets on deployment or creation of such on top of, enemies take non-lethal damage while passing through, and provides the following benefits while behind the Barricade: 60% Damage Resistance to Splash Damage, +30 Stability, +100 Reload Speed and 0.90x Reload Scalar, 10% Damage Falloff Distance, 50% Flinch Resistance, and Taunts targets to attack the Barricade
• Generate Orbs via Siphon weapon multikills, Charged Melee kills, Grenade kills, kills on Weakened targets, and any Weapon kill after Class Ability cast
• Suppressor Grenades and Shield Bash can stun Overload, Volatile Rounds can stun Barrier, Suspend will stun Unstoppable

• Wish-Keeper is obviously required. Enduring Catalyst is the overall best, providing more opportunities to reactivate Woven Mail per Snareweaver Arrow, but Multi-Threaded can Suspend more targets total or Vorpal can help with Champion stuns when applicable.
• Void Weapons with Repulsor Brace and Destabilizing Rounds can provide further Void Overshields and Volatile Void Detonators, respectively.
• Otherwise, full weapon freedom.
