Exotic Combat BowFinal blows with this weapon grant Stasis arrows. Your next hip-fire shot will fire all of them in a single volley.
While you have a Stasis Super equipped, rapid Stasis final blows grant Frost Armor. You heal a small amount whenever you gain Frost Armor. Replaces your class ability with a burst of Stasis energy that freezes nearby combatants, slows nearby opponents, and grants you increased Frost Armor.

Build Details
So...
It's not perfect, but it might be the best!
Just use the bow to stack up frost arrows and freeze enemies, almost one-shotting them.
Freeze enemies with grenades or your class ability. This gives a little bit of overshield and heals you, giving you a full stack of frost armour. You can cast it almost every time, but 100% if needed.
Freezing enemies and killing them or breaking the crystals will give you a lot of frost armour; you will never run out of it.
Super does a lot of damage to bosses, but it's not made for clearing enemies. Don't Fist! attack the boss. Just pound. on. the ground. Use the Frost Spear to freeze them if needed, then kill them, or just run into the group and use the Smash ability to pound them into the ground. This heals you, gives you Frost Armour and kills everything around you.
I would explain more, but that's it, to be honest. I think it's overpowered for this season.
