Aztecross asked for a build with Witherhoard and a Severance/Synthoceps Stoicism roll, so here you go.
Fragments
- Facet of Dawn, provides Radiance which will allow you to stun Barrier Champions with Witherhoard or Throne Cleaver.
- Facet of Purpose, with the Blade Fury super equipped, gives Woven Mail on orb pickup providing more survivability, and works with the Shieldcrush artifact mod to provide more Melee energy
- Facet of Protection, provides Damage Resist when going in for a Consecration slam
- Facet of Blessing, gives immediate health regeneration after getting a Consecration kill
- Facet of Courage, grants increased damage to your Consecration slams
Abilities
- Blade Fury, great Super, works with Facet of Purpose to provide Woven Mail on orb pickup, fully refills all other abilities when Super runs out
- Knockout, increases Melee damage, provides health boost on kill
- Consecration, champion destroyer
- Shackle Grenade, puts Champions in timeout for a few seconds, provides Darkness debuff for Facet of Courage
- Frenzied Blade, 3 charges = 3 Consecrations
Can be anything, I went Towering Barricade for survivability
Weapons

- Brigand's Law, (Pugilist/Voltshot) has the ability to stun Unstoppable Champions, great add clear capabilties with Voltshot, provides Melee energy with Pugilist
- Pro Memoria, (Reconstruction/Desperate Measures) great for add clear, never have to reload with Reconstruction, will pretty much always have Desperate Measures x3 for 30% damage buff
Artifact perks
- Unstoppable Sidearm, pretty self explanatory
- Counter Energy, grants ability energy which can be used to get Melee energy back
- Radiant orbs, works directly with the Shieldcrush artifact perk to grant Grenade energy. also provides extra weapon damage and Anti-Barrier capabilities from Radiance
- Tranference, also pretty self explanatory
- Galvanic Armor, provides extra survivability after hitting a Consecration slam
- Shieldcrush, works with the Facet of Purpose fragment to provide even more Melee energy on orb pickup
The gameplay of this build works the same as every other Knockout/Consecration build, but with more Darkness Transcendence energy from Witherhoard. Everything about this build is designed for Melee, Super and Transcendence uptime. Essentially you throw your Shackle Grenade at any Champions, Bosses or Mini Bosses (for Facet of Courage), stick them with a Witherhoard, then hit them with a Consecration slam. The combination of the resulting Ignition and the explosion from Severance will cleanup any other adds that were not killed from the initial slam. Kills with Brigand's Law will provide additional Melee energy if you run out.
