if u use an ability that's not the smoke then you'll get the 4x for whatever element you just use for the 10 sec instead (i.e. if my duskfield touch the champ or boss first then it it would be 4x stasis surge)

i was only using black talon bc this week was giving this and many sword unlimited heavy ammo and had many things buffing this weapon to secure to 2 hit kill on champs

this was play bc since i was constantly have x4 surge from fortracer class item i decided to use argent blade artifact to boost black dmg up constantly without the worry of actually playing surges on leg
