Swap mods out for neutral game needs. Echo of Dilation is able to be swapped out if you already have your stats you want.
Neutral game weapons: Mint retrograde, and Choir of one (with destabilizing rounds). (200 weapon makes you never have to worry about weapon ammo.
Shoot Wither hoard, Swap to energy slot, tap them with damage Swap to Good shout, shoot Swap to Energy. Continue to swap between energy and good shout as fast as possible until wither hoard wears off. Then repeat wither hoard set up. Shoot ultimate as well as throw grenade.
