Increases the duration of any invisibility effects. When you gain invisibility, your grenade, melee and class abilities recharge faster. At maximum stacks, you gain a Void Overshield as well.

High primary damage, and devour on all the time.

Risky, and fatal if not executed properly.
Build Details
Basically, you want to make as orbs to start your devour, then continue to keep up devour by getting kills with Touch. ToM can blind once you get 10 stacks of Charged with Blight, which will allow Arc Compound to give you a damage bonus as well. Hence, Bitter/Sweet. Invis can be used when you lose devour to reset, as the high recov when you are invis will give you your health back. Reload bonus allows you to reload your weapons if you need to before starting to make orbs again and get your devour back. Reloading shouldn't be a huge issue, but the maxxed out recov can save you here and there. Again, a very niche build. But high risk, high reward.
