Chaos Reach - Required to make full use of Geomag Stabilizers. The extended damage and duration, and fast Super energy means you'll have constant access to this Super as long as there are enemies to take down.
Healing Rift - Due to the Stormcaller's lack of self-healing, this and Orb generation (coupled with Recuperation) will be your only avenues for staying alive.
Burst Glide - Best Glide
Chain Lightning - Mainly used as a jolting option and can chain to multiple enemies when amplified. Also, receiving a stack of Bolt Charge also grants melee energy, which means you'll be getting Chain Lightning back at a fast rate.
Flashbang Grenade - This is the only Arc grenade with an Arc Verb attached to it, i.e. blind, and is a quick option against Unstoppable Champions. Although Ionic Sentry blinds on initial impact, sometimes you may not have it ready on hand. Flashbang Grenade also has the fastest cooldown and can deal considerable damage on its own.
Electrostatic Mind - This is essentially the must-equip Aspect for Stormcallers, making full use of Ionic Traces. Delicate Tomb will generate a lot of Ionic Traces, which will also make you amplified after collecting them. This contributes to additional damage resistance (or avoiding fire), which is necessary due to the lack of healing.
Ionic Sentry - You'll be getting Ionic Sentry pretty often due to Delicate Tomb, and it serves as an additional source of damage elsewhere on the field. The blind on the initial impact is perfect against Unstoppable Champions and groups of enemies in general, and contributing to Bolt Charge means you'll be calling down Bolt Charges and generating melee ability energy constantly.
Spark of Ions - Final blows with Delicate Tomb against jolted enemies will create two Ionic Traces with this Fragment equipped. Despite it having a cooldown, doubling up on Ionic Traces will help build Super faster along with grenade, melee, and class ability energy.
Spark of Discharge - In case Spark of Ions is on cooldown, this Fragment will overall increase the efficiency in which you create Ionic Traces with Delicate Tomb. Due to the nature of Electrostatic Mind and Spark of Discharge, you'll also be building Bolt Charge very fast.
Spark of Beacons - Since you'll be amplified constantly due to Electrostatic Mind, final blows with Delicate Tomb will blind nearby enemies - which is overall great against groups of enemies or even nearby Unstoppable Champions.
Spark of Frequency - The initial bonus to melee hits isn't the main focus here (although it's nice to have it, regardless), but again, due to you being constantly amplified, you'll be essentially receiving double stacks of Bolt Charge.
