I like to think of the damage buffs as 3 tiers, tier 1 being just weapon surges, tier 2 being surges and radiant, and tier 3 being unraveling rounds, radiant, and weapon surges.

Tier 1 Get an uncharged melee hit -22% damage buff

Tier 2 Get a hit with either Knockout or a charged melee -47% damage buff

Tier 3 Get a kill with a charged melee -62% damage buff

After acquiring your damage buffs, use final warning in a specific way for maximum dps output. (note: catalyst for final warning is heavily recommended for this build)

1. Aim Down Sights
2. Charge up a burst while in range to mark your target
3. Get precision hits the the best of your ability with the burst
4. Spam fire the rest of the mag while getting precision hits
5. repeat
