This is mostly geared towards solo play due to a large amount of the kit being kill dependent, but can also be good in fireteams due to the amount of DoTs and passive outgoing damage. Storm Grenades apply jolt, Prismatic Grenades weaken, slow and suppress. Melees apply unravel and poison. Hellion applies scorch.

The goal is to have permanent uptime on Devour and Hellion with a high uptime on Radiant, Amplified and Transcendence. Song of Flame can be used as a panic button or to push.

Necrotic + Verity on Solipsism is optimal, but can be subbed for Necrotic Grips. Facet of Dawn can be swapped for Facet of Awakening if teammates generate a lot of orbs due to the "Radiant Orbs" Artifact Mod.

1. Use Phoenix Dive to activate Hellion

2. Melee target(s) to apply darkness debuff + poison for Facet of Courage

3. Finish target(s) with Storm grenade to activate Devour and increase class ability regen via Facet of Hope

4. Use Thorn to build Transcendence quickly and Indebted Kindness to apply jolt and get stacks of Death Throes.

5. Burn all your remaining ability charges before activating Transcendence to refresh abilities for more ability spam

Always try to use Arcane Needles to apply a darkness debuff prior to popping Song of Flame. Power Slot is left for needs of the activity. Typically going to be reserved for your best single target DPS.
