Exotic Sniper RiflePrecision final blows generate a lightning bolt at the target's location and grant a moderate amount of Bolt Charge.
While you have a Stasis or Arc Super equipped, your Dodge becomes a longer range, faster moving shift that partially cloaks you during use. After shifting, your Stasis and Arc weapons gain a stacking damage bonus for a short time. Final blows with this bonus active refund class ability energy.

Build Details
This is a utility build that prioritizes add control and survivability with good champion and boss damage.
Exotic Armor: Mask of Bakris for the additional stasis and arc weapon damage after dodging.
Weapons (change stasis to arc surge mods depending on if you prioritize boss damage over add clear):
Primary: add clear weapon with headstone that works with an anti-champion mod. In this build I chose bold endings with headstone and dragonfly.
Special: Arc weapon with anti-barrier. In this build I chose cloudstrike (you can also use corrasion with voltshot, and anti-barrier pulse rifle mod, to free up an exotic).
Heavy: depending on activity, you can use a weapon either for anti-champion and boss damage (stasis linear or rocket launcher with chill clip) or a stasis add clear weapon. [ You can also use thunderlord or grand overture if you chose to free up the exotic special slot).
- prioritize add clear with bold endings.
- apply slow and freeze to large groups of enemies and champions.
- pick up shards and orbs of power to acquire frost armor and surge mods on armor pieces.
- proc bakris dodge for burst damage with heavy and special weapons.
- use super in add dense environments and boss encounters for orb generation.
