With this build, you are going to be able to suspend everything.

Mataiodoxia is going to allow your arcane needle to suspend enemies on a kill. If the melee doesn't get a kill, you can then kill that enemy the arcane needle is embedded in to make the suspending burst. If you would like, you can also throw all three of your melee abilities in an enemy to immediately activate the suspending burst. Every kill on a suspended enemy will grant melee energy and your melee can now stun barrier champs.

Other ways we can suspend is going to be from our weapon the Wish-Keeper. Alongside that, we can activate weaver's trance to suspend enemies on every weapon kill. Finally, we will have our tangles which suspend any enemy it damages.

To get our cooldowns back, we can take things like a thread of mind, so now we will get class ability energy back on suspended kills. This will work alongside the melee energy you are receiving from your exotic. Thread of mind will also allow your tangles to grant melee energy when damaging enemies. This will also work with the fact that damaging enemies will suspend them. Finally, thread of generation will allow all damage you are doing to grant grenade energy so you can proc weaver's trance more.
