While standing in any rift, damaging a target will mark it. You deal extra damage to marked targets, and gain additional bonus damage with weapons that have a damage type matching your equipped Super. Weapon final blows while standing in any rift pause the rift's countdown, extending its duration.

THE SANGUINE ALCHEMY COMES WITH THE BLOOD MAGIC INTRINSIC TRAIT WHICH PROVIDES TWO INCREDIBLE BENEFITS.
THE FIRST IS THAT WHEN YOU ARE STANDING WITHIN A RIFT OR WELL OF RADIANCE LANDING WEAPON FINAL BLOWS WILL EXTEND THE DURATION OF THE RIFT,
ADDING ON AS MUCH AS 15 SECONDS TO THE ORIGINAL TIMER OF ANY RIFT.
THIS PREVIOUSLY REQUIRED THE USE OF EMPOWERING RIFTS BUT THAT HAS BEEN REMOVED,
ALLOWING ALL OF BLOOD MAGICS BENEFITS TO BE USED WHEN RUNNING HEALING RIFTS
AND THATS A TREMENDOUS BENEFIT WHEN YOU FIND YOURSELF IN ACTIVITIES THAT LEAVE YOU ACHING FOR A SOURCE OF HEALTH.
THE NATURAL SHELF LIFE OF ANY RIFT IS 15 SECONDS SO IF YOU'RE ABLE TO SECURE ENOUGH FINAL BLOWS WHEN INSIDE A RIFT YOU'D SEE THOSE LASTING FOR AS LONG AS 30 SECONDS

WHICH CAN BE STACKED ONTOP OF RADIANCES 25 PERCENT BONUS IN DAMAGE.
A NEW BENEFIT TO SANGUINE ALCHEMY IS THAT WHEN YOU TARGET ENEMIES WHEN STANDING INSIDE YOUR RIFT
THOSE TARGETS WILL BECOME MARKED AND WHEN THOSE ENEMIES ARE MARKED YOU'LL DEAL AN EXTRA 10 PERCENT BONUS DAMAGE, ONTOP OF THE TIMES 4 WEAPON SURGE.
YOU CAN ONLY HAVE ONE TARGET ACTIVE AT A TIME AND IF THAT ONE TARGET HAPPENS TO BE A DUNGEON OR RAID BOSS THEN YOU'RE LOOKING AT SOME INSANE DAMAGE POTENTIAL.
THE CHANGES TO THE SANGUINE ALCHEMY HAVE REALLY HELPED THIS EXOTIC BECOME MUCH MORE VIABLE IN JUST ABOUT ANY ACTIVITY
