Destiny 2 Warlock BuildSentry Traces

Geomag's received a massive buff with this episode and has made it one of the best builds for the Warlock. With the setup, you will have unlimited supers, abilities, bolt charge, ad-clear, and boss damage.

Now, whenever you generate an iconic trace, you still receive ability energy back, but it also grants 7% super energy. This is very good because of the amount of ionic traces we can make with electrostatic mind and our weapons. Be sure to run the newly buffed Delicate Tomb, Cold Heart, or just any weapons with voltshot or jolting feedback.

Bolt charge is also a new mechanic that you will have all the time. Sprinting with Geomag's equipped will top it off, and with spark of frequency, you'll get double bolt charge stacks. Even spark of discharge is great because picking up an ionic trace grants a bolt charge, and as stated earlier, there would be a lot of ionic traces on the battlefield.

The survivability from this is going to come from amplified, granting a 15% damage reduction and the ability for enemies to shoot you less. On top of that, since you can spam your abilities all the time, you will always have access to healing rifts.

Finally, with the new ionic sentry aspect, while doing everything above, you will passively build up charges to throw out an arc sentry turret. This turret will chain lightning and grant more bolt charge stacks (which stacks with everything listed above), and it's a great way for additional ad-clear and boss damage. On top of that, on the initial throw, it will also apply a blind.

This is one of the best builds in the game right now and one you definitely need to try out!
