Kills with Arc melee abilities trigger health regeneration and restore melee energy.
Build Details
For this build you will need Insurmountable Skullfort, Knockout, Diamond Lance and Thunderclap.
The premise is very simple, get a melee kill with Knockout active, pick up the diamond lance, freeze someone, thunderclap them. Insurmountable Skullfort will then regen your health and give you your melee back instantly, allowing you to chain it over and over.
You can also run a weapon with Pugilist and Swashbuckler. Pugilist will give you melee energy on kills and Swashbuckler will give you a massive damage boost to your weapon after melee final blows. I was using Better Devils with these perks in the gameplay.

Break enemies shield to proc Knockout, finish kill with melee.
This will leave a diamond lance on their body
Pick up the Lance
Find some poor sod to freeze with the Lance
Now use a Thunderclap to shatter them to bits
Rinse and Repeat
