Over the past few weeks, we've covered several powerful Titan builds, and today, we're back with another one—perfect for easy, high-damage gameplay throughout Heresy.
This new build combines the explosive potential of the Stormskeep aspect with the Hazardous Propulsion exotic chest piece. Since its release, Hazardous Propulsion has been a top-tier choice for rocket-centric Titan builds, performing exceptionally well in Prismatic setups. However, by pairing it with Stormskeep, which generates continuous Bolt Charges, this build finds incredible synergy with the standard Arc subclass as well.
With Stormskeep equipped, activating Rally Barricade instantly grants full Bolt Charges, which strike enemies with powerful lightning damage. Normally, Bolt Charges require ability activation, but standing near the Barricade allows both you and allies to rapidly generate and trigger them through weapon damage.
The Flashover artifact mod takes this even further, boosting Bolt Charge damage by 150%, making this build devastating against raid and dungeon bosses. But the real game-changer is how Hazardous Propulsion plays into it.
Hazardous Propulsion – Maximizing Damage Output As you deal damage and defeat enemies, you accumulate Exodus Rockets, with precision hits and final blows providing the fastest charge. You can store up to six Exodus Rockets, each dealing 600 base kinetic damage, further boosted by Kinetic Weapon Surges and buffs like Radiance. Once fully charged, casting Barricade launches all stored Exodus Rockets, aligning perfectly with Stormskeep to deliver both explosive and lightning damage simultaneously. Weapons that generate Exodus Rockets the fastest:
Best: Sniper Rifles, Rocket Sidearms, Bows, Linear Fusion Rifles Moderate: Auto Rifles, Machine Guns, Trace Rifles Exodus Rocket Buffs & Synergies Landing Exodus Rockets on enemies grants a damage bonus to weapons with rocket launcher-like mechanics:
1 Rocket Hit = 10% Weapon Damage Increase 6 Rocket Hits = 35% Weapon Damage Increase (Lasts 10 Seconds) Weapons that benefit include:
Nanotracer Rockets (Quicksilver Storm, Neptune Weapons) Legendary Rocket Sidearms Buried Bloodline (Adds a 15% Weakening Debuff + Devour, boosting survivability and grenade regen) Gjallarhorn & Ergo Sum (Wolfpack Rounds get buffed) Grand Overture (Rocket Volleys now deal increased damage and blind enemies, synergizing with Bolt Charge generation via the Dielectric mod) Artifact Mods & Loadout Considerations Since Stormskeep and Hazardous Propulsion trigger off Rally Barricade, we want to optimize ability uptime and weapon effectiveness.
Key Mods & Perks:
Heavy Ordnance Regeneration – Grants 25% damage resistance & ability regen when dealing sustained damage with Machine Guns or Rocket Launchers Dielectric Mod – Defeating Blinded/Jolted enemies generates extra Bolt Charges No Bell Mod – Rapid Glaive final blows create Special Ammo, helping with overall ammo economy Defibrillating Blast – Stuns Champions and enhances Arc abilities Class Setup – Maximizing Synergy Aspects:
Stormskeep – Grants full Bolt Charges upon casting Barricade Knockout – Enhances melee damage & grants health regen on melee kills Fragments:
Spark of Amplitude – Creates Orbs of Power on rapid kills when Amplified, fueling Weapon Surge Mods Spark of Ions – Generates Ionic Traces when defeating Blinded/Jolted enemies, further fueling ability regeneration Spark of Discharge – Arc weapons generate Ionic Traces on final blows, adding extra Bolt Charges Spark of Resistance – Provides 15% damage resistance when surrounded, stacking with Amplified’s 15% resistance for 27% total Alternative Choice: If using Arc Special/Heavy Weapons (Psychopomp, Indebted Kindness, Crux Termination, Grand Overture), swap Spark of Resistance for Spark of Beacons, making Arc weapon final blows trigger blinding explosions—offering superior crowd control.
Weapons – Best Loadout Combinations Kinetic Slot:
Rocket Sidearms (The Call) Neptune Weapons (Round Robin, Circular Logic) Trace Rifles (Unsworn) Energy Slot:
Lord of Wolves – Exceptional Bolt Charge generation and burst DPS Buried Bloodline – Adds Weakening Debuff + Devour for healing & grenade regen Heavy Slot:
Gjallarhorn / Ergo Sum – Buffs Wolfpack Rounds Grand Overture – Synergizes with Dielectric Mod for extra Bolt Charges Machine Guns (Circular Logic) – Heavy Ordnance Regeneration mod adds survivability & ability regen Rocket Launchers (Apex Predator, Cold Comfort, Crux Termination) – High DPS potential Dragon’s Breath – DOT Damage + Stacking DPS potential Final Thoughts This build offers easy-to-use, high-damage output while keeping Titan survivability high. Unlike close-quarters-focused Exotics like Synthoceps or Skullfort, Hazardous Propulsion allows for flexible combat engagements.
Newer players or those less experienced with endgame activities will find this setup extremely forgiving, making it an ideal entry-level high-damage Titan build. Whether you're running raids, dungeons, or Grandmasters, this build delivers consistent, explosive power that can be customized to fit any modifiers or team compositions.
Step 1: Cast Barricade to Trigger Initial Bolt Charges Step 2: Follow up with Weapons (pref: Rolling Storm, Voltshot, Jolting Feedback) Step 3: Use Grenade/Melee as needed. Step 4: Cast Next Barricade when Exodus Charges are Available. Step 5: Follow up with Rocket-esk Weapons. Step 6: Use Super on High Value Targets Step 7: Stay Behind Barricades when engaged in combat
