Foetracer + Prismatic Hunter – Full Breakdown 1. Exotic Perk – Relentless Tracker (Final Shape Buffed Version) Damaging a powerful enemy (Elite, Miniboss, Boss, or Guardian) with an ability:
Grants 4 stacks of Weapon Surge (25% weapon damage bonus) for 15 seconds in PvE (6 seconds in PvP).
Surge stacks match the element of the ability used (Void, Strand, Arc, or Stasis).
Defeating the marked target with matching elemental damage:
Spawns an Elemental Pickup (Void Breach, Ionic Trace, Stasis Shard, or Tangle).
