This is a more tanky version of the typical Infernus build where sustain is the main focus and instead opts into more survivability.

Early Game
Build from left to right.
Use
Infuser after you apply Afterburn on enemies during lane.Imbue
Quicksilver Reload on 
Catalyst.Sell
Ammo Scavenger and Infuser later when you need slots or upgrades.Once you get
Ricochet you can also sell 
Basic Magazine.
Mid Game
Build from left to right.
Check the enemy team's items before deciding to build
Bullet Armor or 
Spirit Armor first with your flex slots.You can sell
Headshot Booster for 
Berserker if you need space.
Late Game
Build from left to right.
After buying both armors, you can adjust the order here depending on what you need.
Luxury and Situational Items
These are all good items to buy based on your game state or if you need upgrades.
Ethereal Shift helps you dodge big nukes and 
Debuff Remover helps against abilities like 
Pocket's ult.
