Paige's book (gun) is surprisingly very strong, use it to harass opponents. Make sure to buy Split Shot and High-Velocity Rounds to spam in the lane.
The early gun damage is used to help get past the laning phase and early skill points. Paige can then begin to start her support playstyle with Guardian Ward and Arcane Surge.

Express Shot allows easier application of Slowing Bullets and offers another source of utility for our team.
Trophy Collector is an obvious choice as application of barriers and spam allows easy source of assists and trophies.
Divine Barrier is a large powerspike, as it stacks with Defend and Fight! Use both to give a huge source of barrier.

Rescue Beam is a great supporting tool, and gives Paige some sustain and save in teamfights.
There are 2 choices to Echo Shard here, I recommend using Echo Shard on Defend and Fight! for a more traditional support style. (It can only refresh, cannot stack) The alternative is to Echo Shard Captivating Read for a more damage and utility style. If you do this route, Alchemical Fire is a perfect choice for this.
Refresher is a perfect choice for the late game as Rallying Charge is a game winning spell.
