Strengths
Incredible health recovery capabilities and damage mitigation from his kit.
High mobility allows him to position effectively vs opponents and maximize close damage.
Along with mobility, strong CC, especially in narrow spaces, make him an incredible ganker.

Anti-healing items and abilities really hurt him.
Can struggle in wide open combat spaces vs. multiple CC and ranged heroes.

Siphon Life (1) | ||
---|---|---|
Drain health from enemies in front of you while they are in the radius. | ||
10m Radius | 4s Duration | 42s Cooldown |
35 Damage Per Second | 75% Heal vs Heroes | 40% Heal vs Non-Heroes |
Siphon Life Upgrades | ||
---|---|---|
1 AP | 2 AP | 5 AP |
-20s Cooldown | +2s Duration | +40 Damage per Second |
Maxing Siphon Life allows you to siphon more often, for longer, and more damage (hence life recovered). Most players won’t sit in it, but a few ticks can be enough to win the fight.
Tips for Siphon Life
This is incredible vs. neutral camps, allowing you to pick them up and roam without hindering your game.
Placing 1 point early can help your sustain even if you don’t plan on maxing it.
Shoulder Charge (2) | |
---|---|
Charge forward, colliding with enemies and dragging them along. Hitting a wall will Stun enemies caught by Abrams. Speed increased after colliding with enemy Heroes. | |
1.2s Duration | 37s Cooldown |
40 Damage | 0.85s Stun Duration |
Shoulder Charge Upgrades | ||
---|---|---|
1 AP | 2 AP | 5 AP |
-20s Cooldown | +0.5s Duration | +5.5 Weapon Damage for 8s after colliding with an enemy |
Maxing Shoulder Charge allows you to do it more often, go further each time, and finally give yourself a damage buff after bouldering your opponents into a wall.
Tips for Shoulder Charge
This is much easier to use in narrow alleys, so if you are still getting the hang of it, try and terrorize your enemies in their tunnel system connecting lanes while you pilfer their resources. The scales are in your favor, but watch out if they rally their friends!
Remember that it can be used as both an offensive tool to engage or a defensive one to escape.
Infernal Resilience (3) | ||
---|---|---|
Regenerate a portion of incoming damage over time. | ||
11% Damage Regenerated | 20s Regeneration Time | +1 Health Regen |
Infernal Resilience Upgrades | ||
---|---|---|
1 AP | 2 AP | 5 AP |
+1.5 Health Regen | +150 Health | +5.5% Damage Regenerated |
Although this is a passive skill, Infernal Resilience is the key to the champion’s toughness. It’s common to max first, and maxing it gives you more health and more health regen making you even tougher.
Tips for Infernal Resilience
Remember your regen takes place over 20s, deferring a portion of that incoming damage. When it’s an extended fight, hiding for a little can give you a big advantage over your wounded opponent.
Seismic Impact (4) | ||
---|---|---|
Leap high into the air and choose a ground location to smash into. When you hit the ground, all enemies in the radius are damaged and stunned. Press [LMC] to crash down early. | ||
1s Stun Duration | 9m Impact Radius | 159s Cooldown |
150 Damage |
Seismic Impact Upgrades | ||
---|---|---|
1 AP | 2 AP | 5 AP |
-40s Cooldown | Gain 100 Max HP and 15% Fire Rate per hero hit. Lasts 25s. | On cast, become Immune to Stun, Silence, Sleep, Root, and Disarm. Expires 3s after landing. |
Maxing Seismic Impact makes you able to use it a lot more often, buff yourself with damage and HP when connecting, and finally make you a rampaging CC immune monster whose damage can’t be stopped.
Tips for Seismic Impact
Try to follow up or layer alongside an ally’s ability, as they won’t be able to react to the longer animation and flight setup. If you can hit several people, it’s almost guaranteed to win the fight for your team.
Take at least 1 point, although maxing it is very powerful. The reduced cooldown is incredible and keeps you able to capitalize on opportunities or get away from tough situations.

How to Counter Abrams
Try to keep your distance and burst him down from afar. If he's low, it will deter him from engaging.
If he's already on close to you, be ready to Parry and/or use your Movement options to stay away from walls.
Look to build anti-heal items as that will decrease his overall tankiness.
