How to Play Camille in Wild Rift
Camille Wild Rift Ability Breakdown
We’re here to provide you with a basic overview of Camille’s abilities in Wild Rift. It’s important to clarify from the start that the descriptions and videos are derived from the Official Camille Wild Rift Page.
Passive: Adaptive Defenses- Basic attacks on champions grant a shield equal to 20% of Camille’s maximum health against their damage type (Physical or Magic) for a brief duration.
Ability 1: Precision Protocol- Camille’s next attack deals bonus damage and grants bonus movement speed. This spell can be recast for a short period of time, doing significantly increased bonus damage if Camille delays a period of time between the two attacks.
Ability 2: Tactical Sweep- Camille blasts in a cone after a delay, dealing damage. Enemies in the outer half are slowed and take extra damage, while also healing Camille.
Ability 3: Hookshot – Camille pulls herself to a wall, leaping off and knocking up enemy champions upon landing.
Ultimate Ability: Hextech Ultimatum- Camille dashes to target champion, anchoring them to the area, and knocking away other enemies.

Camille Wild Rift Counters
Unfortunately, there are some hard counters to Camille. In these sorts of matchups, you’ll need to adjust your playstyle so you do not get caught out and through your lead.
Teemo
Teemo is a bit of a nuisance for Camille, which is why we wouldn’t recommend playing this matchup. Teemo can prevent you from dealing a lot of damage. Post 5, he is also annoying to deal with, thanks to his mushrooms.
Riven
Riven has a lot of tools to interrupt your combos and your all-in. In this matchup, you wont be able to fight a lot as she can just turn around every fight. Furthermore, at level 5, her kill pressure increases further.
Vayne
Vayne is often picked in a solo lane in Wild Rift. You will not be able to lane against her period due to her range advantage and the fact that she can interrupt your all-ins. She will bully you often, and you’ll struggle to farm as a whole versus Vayne.
Best Matchups for Camille in Wild Rift
We will now discuss 3 good matchups for Camille in Wild Rift.
Jayce
While this matchup doesn’t look great, Camille is a counter to Jayce: you just need to play safer early on, and then once you’ve got some items, you can start playing more aggressively and look for all-ins.
Dr Mundo
Dr Mundo is no match for Camille. This is a very safe and easy matchup. Like most matchups, play a bit safer early on until you’ve got some levels under your belt and start to play aggressively. Keep the wave closer to your tower early.
Garen
Garen can be annoying, but as long as you apply good wave management and bait out his abilities, this matchup can be really easy. Playing around his silence is crucial, and you need to retreat if you’re low and he has his Ultimate spell.
Let’s Wrap This Up
And that’s about it for Camille. Of course, we could’ve gone into many more details, especially around her combos or matchups, but we didn’t want to overload the beginners who might just be picking Camille up.
