Inside Strongholds you will find something similar to a quest to complete that will culminate in a boss fight. Strongholds are level fixed and quite hard to clear if you are under-leveled.

Some classes can of course get through early game content much easier than others, for example, Necromancer just laughs at the leveling process, just walking around with an army of Skeletons clearing everything. If you are looking for a strong early-game class, check out our Necromancer guide.

Strongholds are accessible through the open world but, akin to the story campaign. You can choose to face the terror alone or with a party but don't expect to bump into random players.

In the aftermath of victory, the once foreboding Stronghold morphs into a buzzing public space, teeming with other triumphant players who've also completed the challenge.

Strongholds are generous in their rewards, offering an eclectic mix of precious loot, experience, and even Renown Points for the area where the Stronghold was conquered.

From beta reports, it's believed that players can anticipate a handsome bounty of 100 Renown Points per Stronghold. But the spoils of war extend beyond tangible treasures.

Kor Dragan Stronghold

North of Kyovashad (near Menestad) is the Kor Dragan Stronghold - here, you'll deal with vampires!

Malnok Stronghold

To reach Malnok Stronghold, just head east of Kyovashad. There you'll face the Ice Clan of the Fractured Peaks.

Nostrava Stronghold

Nostrava Stronghold is located west of Kyovashad. You'll work with a Priestess to deal with villagers and Demonic Effigies.
