Cyrene: Guide, Skills, Builds, Teams & More

Cyrene is the third Ice Remembrance unit released in Honkai Star Rail. With a very lengthy and specific skill set, Cyrene can be considered the most unique unit released thus far. While character kits that are tailor-made to support certain units are not rare, with several cases in the past like Jiaoqiu, Cyrene stands out as her kit directly specifies the characters (the Chrysos Heirs of Amphoreus) that she supports, with a completely different effect for each and every one of them.

HSR Cyrene Release Date

Cyrene’s banner will be available throughout Version 3.7, which is scheduled to be released on November 5th, 2025, and will run until December 17th, 2025.

Cyrene HSR Kit Overview (Trace Level 10)

Cyrene’s Memosprite and Ultimate

To understand how Cyrene works as a character, one needs to understand how her Memosprite (with its name covered to avoid a story spoiler) and her Ultimate function. Unlike other Remembrance units, Cyrene can only summon her memosprite by activating her Ultimate – Verse ◦ Vow ∞ for the first time in the battle, and any further interaction or involvement with this memosprite will be via her subsequent Ultimate uses.

After it is summoned, this Memosprite has 0 Speed and will not appear on the Action Order. Neither the allies nor enemies can target it, and its HP will change according to Cyrene’s HP change. While this memosprite is on the battlefield, Cyrene and her memosprite’s HP will be increased by 24%, and after it uses any ability, all buffs/debuffs and other turn-based effects on it will be reduced by one.

Cyrene’s Ultimate works on a stack-based system similar to Feixiao, Acheron, and Phainon, called Recollection, which Cyrene can save up to 27 stacks. At the start of the battle or after Cyrene takes action, she will give all allies (including Memosprites) a stack called “Future”. Anytime an ally with Future takes action, they will consume this stack and give Cyrene one point of Recollection. Allied memosprite, when summoned, will immediately get “Future”.

However, Cyrene’s first trace – Child of Remembrance allows these memosprites to generate Recollection without consuming Future stack, meaning that her charging capacity with Remembrance teammates is much better than normal.

Cyrene can also gain Recollection stacks via several other ways. Her Basic Attack will generate 1 Recollection stack. Her Skill – Bloom, Elysium of Beyond – will generate 3 stacks of Recollection and also deploy a Zone for 2 turns that automatically deals one instance of True Damage equal to 24% of the original damage whenever an ally deals damage.

Additionally, her second major trace – Ripples Across Time will grant her additional Recollection stacks at the start of the battle, scaling with the number of Chrysos Heirs or Remembrance characters aside from herself in the team, with the maximum amount of stacks granted at 6.

Once Cyrene gets 24 stacks of Recollection for the first time in the battle, she can consume 24 stacks and unleash her Ultimate. Upon use, she will dispel all debuffs from the entire team, summon her memosprite, cause it to act immediately, and max out all teammates’ Ultimates. Then, Cyrene will enter a state called “Ripples of Past Reverie” permanently.

In this state, Cyrene can only use her newly enhanced Basic Attack – To Love and Tomorrow, which deals Ice damage to one enemy, then another instance to all enemies, and generates 3 Recollection stacks. This attack cannot recover Skill Points, so Cyrene is a SP negative unit. Both her and her memosprite Crit Rate will be increased by 50% while in this state, and the Zone from her Skills will now last indefinitely.

After the very first Ultimate, any subsequent Ultimate will only cost 12 Recollection Points and will be changed to Reunion at First Sight, with only one effect – to make her memosprite act immediately.

As her memosprite does not act normally, it will only act every time Cyrene uses her Ultimate, upon which player can choose to either launch an AoE nuke called Minuet of Blooms and Plumes or apply a unique buff via the other skill called This Ode, to All Lives.

After Cyrene has gained “Recollection” from each different teammate (other than her own memosprite), when Minuet of Blooms and Plumes is used, it will deal an additional instance of Ice DMG equal to one random enemy. After Cyrene uses her Ultimate or when her memosprite is summoned, it will immediately gain 1 stack of “Story.” When “Story” reaches 3 points, it will consume all “Story” points to immediately gain 1 extra turn and automatically use “Minuet of Blooms and Plumes.”

Cyrene’s Buffing and Damage Amplification

Firstly, Cyrene does offer some general buffs outside of her unique buffs. While Cyrene is on the field, she automatically increases all allies’ damage dealt by 20%. Her third trace – Causality in Trichotomy further increases all allies’ damage dealt by 20% if her Speed is at 180 or higher, and for each additional Speed point beyond this threshold, Cyrene and her memosprite will gain 2% Ice Res Pen, capped at 60 exceeded Speed points (or 120% Ice Res Pen).

But these are quite minute compared to the real meat of her buffing power – the unique buff for Chrysos Heir characters from her memosprite skill – This Ode, to All Lives. If this is used on a non-Chrysos Heir character, it will only be a 40% Damage buff for 2 turns, which is completely underwhelming. However, when used on specific characters, this buff will change completely to a specific blessing for said characters. The buffs are as follows:

Remembrance Trailblazer (RMC) – Ode to Genesis: This buff lasts for the entire battle, so Cyrene only needs to use it on RMC once during the entire battle. Upon use, RMC will gain an attack buff equal to 16% of Cyrene’s memosprite’s max HP, and their crit rate increased by 72% of Cyrene’s memosprite’ Crit Rate. Whenever RMC uses their new Enhanced Basic Attack (which they will get from a unique Light Cone in the upcoming story), Cyrene’s memosprite will immediately gain one extra turn and use Minue of Blooms and Plumes.

  • This ability is quite strong as it increases both RMC and Cyrene’s damage output considerably, especially when both of them are used in teams with a lot of teamwide buffs like the Remembrance team.

Aglaea – Ode to Romance: This buff is a one-time effect, so it will need to be constantly recasted. When used on Aglaea, she will gain “Romantic” and immediately stacks Garmentmaker’s Memosprite Talent’s SPD Boost effect to its cap. After Aglaea or Garmentmaker uses an attack, they will consume the “Romantic” buff to regenerate 70 Energy.

Furthermore, their damage will be increased by 72%, and they also ignore 36% of the target’s DEF, lasting until Aglaea exits the “Supreme Stance” state.

  • This is a very powerful buff that makes Cyrene compete for a best-in-slot in the Aglaea team, especially if they lack Huohuo or Aglaea’s E1 to supply more energy to her. The damage boost that Aglaea gets from this is also permanent, so any subsequent cast onto Aglaea is mostly for the energy buff.

Tribbie – Ode to Passage: This buff lasts for the entire battle. When used on Tribbie, this effect causes the DMG dealt by Tribbie to ignore 12% of the enemy’s DEF. When Tribbie launches Follow-up ATK and triggers the Additional DMG from Tribbie’s Zone, it will further deal 1 instance(s) of Additional DMG.

  • This buff is largely irrelevant, as Tribbie’s damage is not particularly that impactful unless against a lot of enemies at the same time, and having other teammates amplifying her damage. However, since it only needs to be cast once, Cyrene can definitely spare an Ultimate use on Tribbie in AoE-favored content such as Pure Fiction.

Mydei – Ode to Strife: This buff is a one-time effect, so it will need to be constantly recasted. When used on Mydei, it removes all Crowd Control debuffs inflicted on him. And if Mydei is in the “Vendetta” state, he automatically uses 1 instance of “Godslayer Be God” without consuming Charge. Mydei’s CRIT DMG is increased by 200% during this attack.

If the target gets defeated before the use, then it will target the newly arriving enemy targets instead. If Mydei is not in the “Vendetta” state, then advances Mydei’s action by 100%.

  • This effect is exceptionally powerful, even though the Crowd Control debuff removal is meaningless as Mydei is already immune to Crowd Control most of the time, especially when paired with Cerydra to duplicate Mydei’s enhanced skill – Godslayer Be God to take advantage of the juicy 200% Crit Damage. Even when Mydei is not in Vendetta state, 100% action advance is exactly what he needs. Cyrene / Cerydra combo should be considered best-in-slot for Mydei.

Castorice – Ode to Life and Death: This buff lasts for the entire battle. When used on Castorice, “Newbud” can overflow its limit, up to 200%. When Castorice summons Netherwing, she will consume all overflowed “Newbud,” then increase the DMG multiplier of the DMG dealt by 0.24% for every 1% of overflow value consumed when the summoned Netherwing triggers the ability effect of its Talent, “Wings Sweep the Ruins.”

If there are 2 enemy target(s) on the field or fewer when summoned, the DMG multiplier additionally increases by 0.48% when summoning.

  • Castorice is already one of the best teammates for Cyrene for several reasons, such as Cyrene providing 2 bodies for Castorice to drain HP from to charge her Ultimate, and being a Remembrance character, she also charges Cyrene’s Ultimate very fast, but this effect truly cements Cyrene’s place in Castorice’s team. In a normal Remembrance team with Hyacine and Evernight, Castorice often overflows with Newbud since units like Evernight and Hyacine are a little bit too good at charging her Ultimate, and this effect basically converts those wasted charges into extra damage and even enhances Castorice’s capacity in battle with a low enemy count.

Anaxa – Ode to Reason: This buff is a one-time effect, so it must be constantly recasted. When used on Anaxa, it will recover 1 Skill Point and allow Anaxa to take action immediately. It will also increase the number of Skill DMG instances by 3 for 1 turn, essentially a 60% increase in damage for this instance.

The next time Anaxa uses an ability, he gains “True Knowledge”, which increases the ATK of all Erudition Path characters by 60% and Skill DMG dealt by 40% until the start of Anaxa’s next turn.

  • This is a massive power-up for Anaxa hypercarry. With Cerydra, Cyrene will become the premium action advancer for Anaxa over Sunday and Remembrance Trailblazer. If timed well, the buffed Skill that deals 8 instances of damage can be duplicated by Cerydra’s Military Merit effect as well, further raising Anaxa’s ceiling in the hands of experienced players.

Hyacine – Ode to Sky: When Cyrene’s memosprite uses any of its Skill, Hyacine will gain 2 stacks of “Ode to Sky.” When used on Hyacine, it regenerates 24 Energy for Hyacine. When Hyacine has “Ode to Sky” and is providing healing, it additionally increases the healing value for Little Ica’s Memosprite Skill by an amount equal to 72% of the healing value this time. After Hyacine uses Skill/Ultimate, she consumes 1 stack of “Ode to Sky.”

  • The best thing about this skill is that Cyrene does not need to cast it on Hyacine at all to gain the benefit from it. Generally, in the Remembrance Premium Team, as the buffs for both Evernight and Castorice last for the entire battle, Cyrene can spare some Ultimate to increase Hyacine’s Energy if she needs some extra help, but generally, it might be better to use the memosprite’s attack skill – Minuet of Blooms and Plumes instead for more damage contribution

Cipher – Ode to Trickery: This buff lasts for the entire battle. When used on Cipher, it increases the DMG dealt by Cipher by 36%, and decreases the DEF of the “Patron” by 20% and the DEF of enemy targets other than “Patron” by 12%.

  • This effect only requires one cast on Cipher to last indefinitely, and the extra increase in Def shred is quite nice to get, so be sure to put it on Cipher when Cyrene can spare one. In general, Cipher does not feature in a lot of Chrysos Heir’s best teams, but rather is used outside of them as a good generic amplifier, so it may not come into effect often.

Phainon – Ode to Worldbearing: This buff lasts for the entire battle. After it is used on Phainon, Phainon gains 6 “Coreflames” as well as the “Eternal Ignition” effect when transforming. Upon transformation, if the number of “Coreflame” stacks exceeds 12, for each point in excess, Phainon’s Crit Damage is increased by 12%, up to 72%. While “Eternal Ignition” persists, it increases Khaslana’s CRIT Rate by 16%. After the extra turns are depleted, the Transformation does not end, but refreshes all of Khaslana’s extra turns and gains 4 point(s) of “Scourge.”

At the start of Khaslana’s extra turns, Khaslana consumes an amount of HP equal to 15% of his current HP. After using an attack, deals 5 instances of Additional DMG, with each instance dealing Fire Additional DMG equal to 10% of Khaslana’s ATK to one random enemy.

  • On paper, while the Eternal Ignition effect is exceptionally powerful for Phainon, the biggest problem with Cyrene in Phainon’s team is that her stack generation will be a massive problem because it is a very slow team at charging both Cyrene’s first Ultimate and Phainon’s Ultimate. Generally, Phainon will get his Ultimate much faster than Cyrene, and by that time, her Coreflame increase effect essentially does nothing to him, which hurts clearing time massively. Furthermore, to get the full team’s buff from Cyrene, she will need to spend her Ultimates 1-2 more times, such as for Cerydra. Generally, Cyrene will only be a good teammate to Phainon if she is at E2 to alleviate her stacking issue, and preferably Phainon at E2 as well.

Another issue with this is since Phainon does not leave his transformation with Eternal Ignition, he will completely miss out on things that his teammates can do between transformations, such as extra Cerydra’s Ultimate.

Hysilens – Ode to Ocean: This buff is a one-time effect, so it will need to be constantly recasted. When used on Hysilens, Hysilens gains “Flowing Warmth.” After Hysilens uses an attack, she will consume “Flowing Warmth” and regenerate 60 Energy. In this battle, increases DMG dealt by Hysilens by 120%.

After Hysilens uses Basic ATK/Skill to attack enemies, this effect will cause the DoT currently applied on the attacked enemy targets to immediately produce DMG equal to 60%/80% of the original DMG.

  • This is an extremely powerful effect on Hysilens, despite Cyrene not being built as a DoT or DoT support unit. Essentially, this turns Hysilens into an actual DoT detonator that can replace the role of Kafka. Furthermore, despite the wording, this effect is permanent, and subsequent recasts will only be a 60 Energy regeneration buff for Hysilens, so Cyrene can buff other teammates or attack herself as well frequently in this team. The main problem with Hysilens and Cyrene combo is that most of Hysilens’ best teammates are neither Chrysos Heirs nor Remembrance units, meaning Cyrene will stack very slowly in this team without E2.

Cerydra – Ode to Law: This buff lasts for the entire battle. After using on Cerydra, increases the CRIT DMG of the character with “Military Merit” by 30%. After Coup de Main ends, Cerydra immediately gains 1 point(s) of Charge.

  • The Crit Damage from this buff is always welcome, and extra Charge is quite handy and shortens the cooldown between copied skills from Cerydra’s Military Merit. Cerydra and Cyrene are already a potent duo for Damage Dealers like Anaxa and Mydei, and this buff lasts permanently, so if possible, Cyrene should spare one Ultimate use on Cerydra to improve the team’s overall damage output.

Evernight – Ode to Time: This buff lasts for the entire battle. After it is used on Evernight, it increases her damage when Evey uses the Memosprite Skill “Dream, Dissolving, as Dew” by 18%. After Evernight uses a Skill/Ultimate, she additionally gains “Memoria.” The CRIT DMG boost effect provided by the Skill is further increased by an amount equal to 12% of Evernight’s CRIT DMG.

  • Overall, this is a powerful damage boost to Evernight’s damage output. Like Castorice, Evernight is one of Cyrene’s most synergistic teammates, as she can charge Cyrene’s Ultimate exceptionally fast, being a Remembrance unit with a Summon that constantly acts. Furthermore, Evernight and Cyrene boost each other’s damage immensely, and as this buff is permanent, one of Cyrene’s early Ultimates should be spent on Evernight as soon as possible to get the damage train going.

Dan Heng * Permansor Terrae – Ode to Earth: When Cyrene’s memosprite uses one of its skills, grants “Ode to Earth” to Dan Heng • Permansor Terrae, and the next 3 attack(s) of “Souldragon” will deal Additional DMG of the “Bondmate’s” Type, equal to 80% of the “Bondmate’s” Shield Effect. When Dan Heng • Permansor Terrae holds “Ode to Earth,” the “Bondmate” deals 24% more damage.

When used on Dan Heng • Permansor Terrae, additionally advances Souldragon’s action by 100%. The Souldragon’s next action gains the enhanced effects of Dan Heng • Permansor Terrae’s Ultimate, and the Shield Effect provided by Souldragon is 150% of its original Shield value. Does not consume the enhancement Charge of Dan Heng • Permansor Terrae’s Ultimate.

  • Similar to Hyacine, Dan Heng PT does not need Cyrene to cast this buff on him to gain the earlier parts of the buff. In general, Dan Heng PT teams tend to have Damage Dealers that much prefer to get the buff cast on themselves (like Anaxa, Hysilens, or Aglaea), or just never get the chance to get it cast on themselves (in the case of Phainon), so the latter effect rarely comes up.

Overall Gameplay Evaluation

Cyrene’s value definitely comes from the unique buffs that she offers to the Chrysos Heir. For some of them, the buffs are quite transformative and can massively improve their overall performance, such as the case of Castorice, Evernight, Anaxa, or Mydei. Her gameplay loop in the early part of the battle is to get to 24 stacks as soon as possible.

Afterwards, it is mainly a loop of spamming basic attack and using her subsequent Ultimates to boost up the entire team or to launch the powerful AoE attack Minuet of Blooms and Plumes. Once Cyrene ramps up, she is a powerful buffer / sub-DPS, especially in teams that can buff her and her memosprite damage as well.

However, Cyrene has a massive problem – namely, her stacking mechanism. Due to its favoring Remembrance units and memosprite when it comes to stacking speed, Cyrene is at home with teammates like Remembrance Trailblazer, Hyacine, Castorice, and Evernight.

Without these units, an E0 Cyrene may struggle to charge her Ultimate quickly enough, and this makes fitting her into some teams where she is supposed to be helping very tricky, especially in modes where action values are highly valuable, such as Apocalyptic Shadow or Anomaly Arbitration.

Furthermore, she loses most, if not all, of her value when not supporting Chrysos Heir, due to how restrictive her buffing capacity is. Building a team for Cyrene often involves having at least 2, usually 3, other Chrysos Heirs to speed up her charging and maximize the benefits that her buffs can bring.

  6. Remembrance, Sung in Ripples ♪: When Cyrene uses her Ultimate for the first time, all allies’ actions advance by 100%. Each time when ███ triggers the Memosprite Skill “Ode to ██” and uses “Minuet of Blooms and Plumes,” based on the number of times it has been triggered, gains the following effects:
    • 1 time: When ███ is on the field, reduces all enemy targets’ DEF by 20%
    • 2 times and more: Advances all allies’ actions by 24%

Eidolon Priority

Cyrene’s most important and generally the break point that most players who want her will aim for is her E2, which solves most of her stacking issues by giving her a whopping 12 stacks of Recollection at the start of the battle. This Eidolon also increases her True Damage buff by 6% for each unit on the field that receives her memosprite’s buff.

Beyond her E2, her E1 is a personal damage boost by increasing the number of bounce hits from her automatically fired Minuet of Blooms and Plumes from her memosprite’s Skill – Ode to ██. The refunded Recollection stacks can help her damage output and buffing frequency, but overall, this Eidolon is just an okay-ish improvement rather than a notable one. The players should treat it more as a side effect of going for her E2 if they are.

Her E4 is another personal damage boost Eidolon, which is only relevant when she is used in a team such as the Remembrance premium team, where all four teammates massively buff each other’s damage output.

Her E6 is quite interesting; it makes her first Ultimate similar to Robin’s, in which it will advance the entire team – a very powerful effect. Furthermore, subsequent use of the memosprite’s skill – Ode to ██ will gain additional effect from that time onward, with the second usage reducing the enemy’s Defense by 20% and the third usage onward will also advance all allies by 24%. Overall, it is a strong Eidolon, but not something one should aim for unless they really like Cyrene, as Damage Dealers’ E6 are often stronger, and Cyrene likely will not receive any potential teammates in the future, as she is the last Chrysos Heir.

Premium Options

This Love, Forever

This Love, Forever: Increases the wearer’s SPD by 18% / 21% / 24% / 27% / 30%. When the wearer’s memosprite uses a Memosprite Skill on an ally, gains “Blank,” which increases DMG taken by all enemies by 10% / 12% / 14% / 16% / 18%. When the wearer’s memosprite uses a Memosprite Skill on an enemy, gains “Verse,” which increases CRIT DMG of all allies by 16% / 19% / 22% / 25% / 28%.

When the wearer’s memosprite has both “Blank” and “Verse,” increases the effects of “Blank” and “Verse” by 60% / 65% / 70% / 75% / 80%.

Cyrene has very few Remembrance Light Cone options. However, compared to her Eidolon, her Signature Light Cone may feel lackluster. The biggest reason to pick up this Light Cone is for its Speed buff, as getting 180+ Speed and beyond for Cyrene can be a massive challenge. The teamwide buffs from this Light Cone are decent and can help push through some damage checks, but it’s definitely not a Light Cone that changes how Cyrene functions.

F2P Options

Memory’s Curtain Never Falls

Memory’s Curtain Never Falls: Increases the wearer’s SPD by 6% / 7.5% / 9% / 10.5% / 12%. After the wearer uses Skill, increases the DMG dealt by all allies by 8% / 10% / 12% / 14% / 16%, lasting for 3 turn(s).

A really good F2P option for Cyrene if getting enough Speed is a main concern. The second effect won’t be in effect once Cyrene enters the Ripples of Past Reverie state, as she cannot use her Skill anymore.

Victory In a Blink

Victory In a Blink: Increases the wearer’s CRIT DMG by 12% / 15% / 18% / 21% / 24%. When the wearer’s memosprite uses an ability on any ally target, increases all ally targets’ DMG dealt by 8% / 10% / 12% / 14% / 16%, lasting for 3 turn(s)

Another good F2P option, as Cyrene can make use of all the effects on it.

HSR Cyrene Main Stats

  • Body: Crit Damage% >> Crit Rate %
  • Feet: Speed
  • Orb: HP% > Ice Damage %
  • Rope: HP%

Cyrene’s damage is quite notable once she gets going, especially if the team has good teamwide buffs. As she gets a massive 50% Crit Rate buff when she enters the Ripples of Past Reverie state, getting 100% Crit Rate is recommended, either via a Crit Rate chest or some Crit Rate Sub.

Generally, it is better to go Crit Damage% chest for Cyrene as one of her best teammates – Remembrance Trailblazer will give her an extra 10% Crit Rate, and capping her Crit Rate is not that hard.

Cyrene’s Damage mainly scales off HP, and she cannot regenerate energy like most support units, so HP% Orb and HP% Rope are both great options. Ice Damage% Orb will also be a good alternative, but HP% does slightly improve her buff that she grants Remembrance Trailblazer, a teammate she will often be fielded with.

For boot, Speed is mandatory. Cyrene wants to reach at least 180% Speed to activate one of her damage buffs. Furthermore, Cyrene wants to move quite often to generate Recollection stacks, so the faster she is, the better she will be.

HSR Cyrene Sub Stats

  • Speed
  • Crit Damage / Crit Rate%
  • HP%

Stats Goal: 180+ Speed & 100% Crit Rate in combat

Speed is Cyrene’s main chase stat, as it can shorten her downtime before she enters the Ripples of Past Reverie state. Beyond that, it is quite easy to get 100% Crit Rate in combat with Cyrene, so after one secure that, go for Crit Damage% and HP% to improve her damage output.

HSR Cyrene Relics

Option A

World-Remaking Deliverer:

World-Remaking Deliverer

  • 2-Pc: Increases CRIT Rate by 8%
  • 4-Pc: After the wearer uses Basic ATK or Skill, if the wearer’s memosprite is on the field, increases Max HP of the wearer and their memosprite by 24%, and increases all allies’ DMG by 15% until the wearer’s next Basic ATK or Skill.

This set is made for Remembrance units that scale off HP in general, so it is easily Cyrene’s best-in-slot. It is worth noting, however, that this set offers no Speed bonus, so Cyrene might need a lot of Speed investment elsewhere to compensate

Option B

Eagle of Twilight Line:

Eagle of Twilight Line

  • 2-Pc: Increases Wind DMG by 10%.
  • 4-Pc: After the wearer uses their Ultimate, their action is Advanced Forward by 25%.

This can work in some 0-cycle / low-cycling setup to get Cyrene to act as often as possible, generally used when paired with units like Mydei or Anaxa who gets Cyrene’s unique buff repeatedly.

Option C

Placeholder combinations to get her to the Speed threshold she needs until one can afford better and more optimized gears.

HSR Cyrene Planar Sets

Amphoreus, The Eternal Land:

  • 2-Pc: Increases the wearer’s CRIT Rate by 8%. While the wearer’s memosprite is on the field, increases all allies’ SPD by 8%. This effect cannot be stacked.

This set is made for Cyrene, granting both a Crit Rate for herself and a teamwide Speed boost that she massively benefits from. Since the effect cannot stack, only one unit in the team needs to wear this.

Bone Collection’s Serene Demesne:

Bone Collections Serene Demesne

  • 2-Pc: Increases the wearer’s Max HP by 12%. When the wearer’s Max HP is 5000 or higher, increases the wearer’s and their memosprite’s CRIT DMG by 28%.

In case players want to improve Cyrene’s sub-DPS potential and can afford to have someone else use the “Amphoreus, The Eternal Land” set, then Bone Collector is the best option as it gives Cyrene both HP% and Crit Damage%.

Arcadia of Woven Dreams:

Arcadia of Woven Dreams

  • 2-Pc: When the number of ally targets on the field is not equal to 4, for every 1 additional/missing ally target, increases the DMG dealt by the wearer and their memosprite by 9%/12%, stacking up to 4/3 time(s).

Arcadia is another set that is good at boosting Cyrene’s damage, but is a lot less generic than Bone Collection.

HSR Cyrene Teammates

Cyrene’s best teammates are basically the Chrysos Heirs, but not all Heirs are made equal in her eyes. Some of her teammates do gain extraordinary power when paired with her, while some either do not receive enough from her or do not charge her fast enough to make her worthwhile over other options.

High Priority

Castorice and Evernight

Castorice / Evernight: Both are the best Remembrance Damage Dealers with perfect synergy with Cyrene. They charge Cyrene very fast; the buffs they receive are both very potent and improve their damage output, and also, in turns, buff Cyrene’s damage as well.

Hyacine and Remembrance Trailblazer

Hyacine / Remembrance Trailblazer: Both units are support units that charge Cyrene’s Recollection very fast. Hyacine does not require Cyrene to buff her directly to benefit, while Remembrance Trailblazer lasts over the entire battle and turns them from merely a support into a respectable sub-DPS. Both of these units are also staples in the Remembrance team.

Conditionally High Priority

Castorice and Evernight

Mydei / Anaxa / Cerydra: Cyrene and Cerydra form a great core of support for Mydei and Anaxa, two heavily skill-reliant Damage Dealers. As Cyrene essentially gives Mydei and Anaxa extra turns with massively buffed Skills, while Cerydra can copy those enhanced Skills, Cyrene and Cerydra can be considered best-in-slot for both these Damage Dealers.

Mid Priority

aglaea

Aglaea: Cyrene buff is quite strong on Aglaea and makes her a great replacement for players without units like Sunday or Huohuo, or Aglaea’s E1, and alleviates her Energy Regeneration issue. The damage boost that Cyrene grants to Aglaea is also nothing to be scoffed at. However, Cyrene’s improvement over her alternative – Robin – is not actually that huge, so the real benefit is to free Robin for another team.

Hysilens

Hysilens: Similar to Phainon, Hysilens receives a powerful buff from Cyrene, and she can be a legit alternative to units like Kafka, Black Swan, or Jiaoqiu in DoT team, but Cyrene will face severe charging issues in this team just the same.

Low Priority or Not Particularly Impactful Interaction

Phainon

Phainon: Even though Eternal Ignition is an exceptional buff to Phainon, Cyrene charges herself very slowly in this team and also does not help charge Phainon until she can activate her Ultimate. Generally, Cyrene becomes a great teammate to Phainon if she is at E2, but that is an investment not many players will have.

tribbie

Tribbie: Cyrene buff for Tribbie is largely irrelevant. Cyrene can benefit from Tribbie’s teamwide buff, but this is more of a “Tribbie is good almost everywhere” situation rather than them having great synergy.

Cipher

Cipher: Cyrene’s buff for Cipher is quite good, but Cipher is generally not used in a lot of Chrysos Heirs team which mean there are few occasions where they would be paired together.

dan heng

Dan Heng – Permansor Terrae: Similar to Hyacine, Dan Heng – PT receives part of Cyrene’s buff automatically without the need to target him. The buff itself is not particularly bad, but DHPT and Cyrene don’t really have any noteworthy synergy beyond the fact that he is a Chrysos Heir character.

HSR Cyrene Teams

Cyrene is only valuable to players willing to invest in some of their Chrysos Heirs units. She does not have any synergy with non-Chrysos Heir, so her team recommendations will solely focus on these units.

HSR Cyrene Pull Value and Conclusion

Cyrene’s pull priority solely depends on the units that the players have and / or are willing to vertically invest into.

For players still wanting to strengthen their Remembrance team with damage dealers like Castorice or Evernight, or want to free up Remembrance Trailblazer / Tribbie from this team, then Cyrene is a fantastic pull.

For Mydei / Anaxa mains, Cyrene will also be a great upgrade, especially if they have Cerydra to pair with Mydei / Anaxa.

For DoT or Aglaea mains, Cyrene can be considered, but is generally a pretty safe skip.

Outside of these situations, Cyrene is not worth pulling for as she has only synergy with already released units, meaning she is completely irrelevant for any future units.
