You can jump on the box in middle from Catwalk to get an unexpected angle on Cat or Mid

You can jump over the mid arches with two blast packs to get a fast peek

Jump on top of the wall on Tiles to see deep into Mid. Be careful of the Cat angle however

Back up to wall and move until the roof of the building disappears from the window. Use the HUD to aim, then jump throw.

Hug the wall and position the vent in the middle of the window, aim for the vent and throw.

Line up the edge of the box with the edge of the far box. Aim above the floating rocks, run and throw before you reach the box.

Throw a grenade deep into Pizza but be aware you are exposed to the door in middle unless it is smoked off

Aim high above the roof and throw while running

Back into the corner and aim as shown to damage enemies in Middle right side where the bike is

You can neutralize enemies in Wine corner with this grenade. Find the gap at A long and run and throw while aiming at the spot shown in the video.
