The Bazaar Build
Kripp's Power Drill Lizard Dooley Build
Kripparrian
Dooley
Overview
Power Drill is an interesting Weapon. At a glance, it looks like a lot of work just to deal a moderate amount of Damage. After all, a 10 second Cooldown without proper support is straight up unplayable.
However, just prior to the 0.1.3 Patch, Power Drill builds were starting to pick up in popularity. During that time, the Diamond variant of Power Drill Charged two seconds per ability trigger, making it a powerful Weapon with the right setup.
Now that it's only one second at a time, the Power Drill fills more of a supporting role. Instead of being the primary source of Damage, its focus is to Charge the Core as fast as possible.
Check out Kripp's full VOD for a great explanation of how to pivot into a Power Drill build.

Pivoting to Power Drill
While many builds begin with their key component, in the case of Power Drill, it's better to pivot into it later. However, thanks to Dooley's item pool, this isn't too challenging a feat. Dooley has a lot of universally good items, many of which apply Haste/Slow/Freeze/Burn/Poison in some form. This is even more apparent with the latest patch, as now all Rays exist at Bronze and are very easy to find.
Additionally, since the Power Drill's Damage is now less relevant and the Charge is one second across all tiers, upgrades don't actually matter. Kripp used a Bronze Power Drill throughout his entire run. This allows for even easier pivots as you aren't required to pick up a higher tier version, nor need to worry about upgrades.
Kripp happened to find a Heavy enchanted Power Drill which helped incentivize the pivot. Enchanting it with Haste/Freeze/Burn/Poison will also fulfill a similar role, as the main benefit is that the enchanted Power Drill can Charge itself. However, even without any enchants, the Power Drill can still be a solid item with enough support.
Ignition Core
Ignition Core is the Core of choice alongside Power Drill thanks to its inherent synergy via Burn; though most Cores are still usable. The important part is that the Power Drill can Charge the Core, making Companion Core builds the main time to avoid pivoting to Power Drill.
While the Ignition Core will be repeatedly activating, just like the Power Drill, it's main function is to be another speedy cog in the wheel in order to proc other items.
Metronome
Metronome is the glue that holds the build together. When placed in between Power Drill and Ignition Core it will spam an absurd amount of Haste triggers, which in turn Charges the Power Drill, and then Charges the Ignition Core. As you can see this creates a continuous loop, which ultimately leads to the build's win condition..
Monitor Lizard
Monitor Lizard converts all the spinning wheels into obscene amounts of Poison. On top of that, since it applies Poison on every Haste trigger, this makes each proc provide twice the benefit for Power Drill.
Any added enchants makes this even crazier, and Monitor Lizard is a premium target for them (as is Metronome).

Supportive Items and Skills
Cool LEDs
Cool LEDs is a Dooley staple for any build that utilizes the Core, but it's even nastier with Power Drill. Both items fuel each other constantly which makes it easy to permanently Slow the entire enemy board.
Beta Ray
Beta Ray over-performs when paired alongside a Power Drill. Freeze is already so powerful, but since the Core will be Charging constantly, the Beta Ray will activating far more often than usual.
Gamma Ray
Gamma Ray helps scale a ridiculous amount of Poison to the Monitor Lizard. The higher tier you have, the stronger the scaling, so make it a priority target for upgrades. Upgrading to a Diamond Gamma Ray is far more impactful than a Diamond Monitor Lizard.
Righty Tighty
With this build's positioning, Righty Tighty will trigger off the Ignition Core, effectively giving you a second Cool LEDs but in skill form. A fantastic way to generate even more Charges.
Coolant Leak
Coolant Leak isn't quite as strong as it used to be (previously 10 activations), but still provides multiple Freezes at the speed of your rightmost item. And with the Ignition Core, it's going to happen fast! The additional Power Drill Charges are icing on the cake.
Quick Freeze
This build takes easy advantage of Freeze skills since it can apply every type of status condition. Quick Freeze is just one of many, but you can pretty much take whatever ones you find.
