During the main story of LEGO Batman: Legacy Of The Dark Knight, you'll find numerous opportunities across the city to capture escaped criminals. We won't be covering the mandatory story mission wanted poster, as it's forced on to the player relatively early in the story. Instead, we will be going over all optional posters across the city required for the full challenge completion.
NOTE: If you're struggling to find any of the missing pieces, activating detective vision will ping them to you, for direct access.
How To Turn In Wanted Posters?
Once you have all three pieces of the wanted poster for any given quest, take it back to the board where you started the mission, and match the appearance of the criminal to the pieces of the poster you picked up.
1 - Old Gotham South
This location is found in the bottom right of the South Island. You'll need to have unlocked Catwoman in order to complete it.
The first of the wanted posters for this location can be found at the location marked below.
When you arrive, the poster piece will be suspended in cobwebs above you. Use a ranged attack like a Batarang to break it down and collect it.
The second wanted poster piece can be found in the image below, on top of a rooftop.
When you arrive, you'll see a glass box (invisible in our picture) and will need to use Catwoman to cut the glass open and receive the poster piece inside.
The last location can be found below, to the left of the original wanted poster board location.
When you get to the location, the piece will be sitting next to the bench covered in trash. Simply break it and you'll be able to pick up the final wanted poster piece.
When you return to the wanted poster board, arrange the evidence so that it matches this portrait of the escaped criminal, and you'll be able to track down and arrest the criminal necessary. The location of the criminal will be marked on your map.
2 - Central Island
You'll find this specific wanted poster challenge in the bottom right of Newtown. For this challenge, you'll need the help of both Nightwing, and Jim Gordon
The first wanted poster piece can be found just beneath the rooftop of the building with the powered electrical wires. Use a Batarang to free it.
Once freed, follow it to a nearby building where you'll need to shoot this device to free it once more. Follow where it flies to a pick it up.
For the next piece of the poster, use Jim Gordon to cover up the outlets for these electric wires. You'll then be able to retrieve the piece.
For the final piece, use Nightwing to connect the power lines to this radio dish, which will destroy it to reveal the final piece of the poster.
When you return to the wanted poster board, arrange the evidence so that it matches this portrait of the escaped criminal, and you'll be able to track down and arrest the criminal necessary. The location of the criminal will be marked on your map.
3 - Tricorner Island
This location is found in the bottom left of the Tricorner Island. You'll need to use the Batmobile in order to retrieve one of the poster pieces.
For the first piece of the poster, which is trapped between two container, break the object highlighted on the left of the image below and build a handle for the Batmobile to attach to.
Next, use the Winch on the Batmobile to hook up to the container, and reverse backwards to free the poster piece, allowing it to be picked up.
For the next location, grapple up to the top point of the dock rig. The piece of the poster will be blowing around in a circle due to the wind, sometimes even flying up top. You simply need to chase after it and grab it before it escapes you.
For the final piece of the wanted poster, simply push this card up against the containers as far as it will go, and you'll be able to climb onto it to retrieve the final piece.

4 - Old Gotham North
This location is found in the top half of Old Gotham North. You'll need to use Jim Gordon's help in order to collect one of the pieces.
The first piece of the poster is floating above this air duct. To get it to come down, use Gordon's foam launcher on the yellow piece as seen in the image below.
For the next piece, you'll need to help this shopkeeper repair a generator.
Start off by breaking the object covering this power line. In the image below, we have already destroyed it.
Next, head over to the bridge post at the sea, and you'll find a platform down below with a switch you'll need to flip. If you're having trouble finding it, use the detective vision and follow the wire from the shop.
Once both are done, return to the shopkeeper and speak to him in order to receive the missing poster piece.
For the final missing piece of the poster, you'll find it floating around in a circle on a tall building nearby. All you need to do to grab it, is to catch up with it in time.

5 - Old Gotham West
This location is found in the top half of Old Gotham West. You'll need to use Robin and Jim Gordon's help in order to collect the pieces.
For the first piece, break the lock off of the cage and head inside as Jim Gordon. Use his foam gun to cover the pipe spewing the toxic sludge onto the ground. Once done, you can retrieve the first piece.
For the second piece, break the 3 yellow crates on this rooftop and build an air duct to propel yourself upwards.
Once built, use the fan to fly upwards and grab the poster piece, which will be circling the water tower you see in the image.
For the final piece of the poster, switch to Robin, and have him hit all 3 buttons as shown in the picture at the same time. Once done correctly, the claw holding the poster piece will be released, and the piece will fall to the ground to be picked up.

6 - The Cauldron North
This location is found in the bottom section of The Cauldron North.
The first piece is locked inside of a building. Use Batman's Explosive Gel on the back side of the building to break your way in and pick up the poster piece.
For the second piece, you'll need to rotate the yellow wheel to close the gas lid on the top of this tower. Once closed, you'll have a limited amount of time to climb up top and grab the poster piece before it re-opens.
For the final piece, make your way to the nearby rooftop where the poster piece will be blowing around in a circle. Simply catch it and grab it in time to complete the last piece needed.
