Collecting the Red Brick on this level will unlock a new suit customization color for all characters.
1/5 - The First League Banner can be found at the start of the level, hanging down in front of where you spawn.
2/5 - The Second League Banner can be found at the end of the main street with the surrounding tumbler threats.
3/5 - The Third League Banner can be found to your right after progressing through the destructible blockage mission objective.
4/5 - The Fourth League Banner can be found after using Nightwing's secondary ability to cross the sewer. The banner is on your right behind a bus that can be moved with Batgirl's ability.
5/5 - The Fifth League Banner can be found shortly after the previous one, by following the mission objective. You should naturally come across the final banner hanging in an alley as you turn the corner.
1/5 - The First Cache can be found below the beginning of the level in the street, slightly off to the left in an alley.
2/5 - The Second Cache is found on a ledge directly on the right side in main street, the area with the surrounding tumbler threats.
3/5 - The Third Cache can be found down in the sewer stream, at the opposite end of the mission objective where you must clear the blockage.
4/5 - The Fourth Cache can be found at the end of the tunnel after clearing the destructible blockage mission objective. You will need to use Nightwing's secondary ability to free it from the trunk of the car before it can be picked up.
5/5 - The Fifth Cache can be found shortly after crossing the sewer gap with Nightwing's gadget. Under the large highway you'll see a hostile tumbler in the background. Use Batgirl's ability to raise the barricade and flip it over. Once done, you can walk forward from the position in the image below, and find the cache tucked away to the right, behind the blue car.
In order to grab this Red Brick, take note of the garbage truck on your left when returning back up to the street. You will need to use both Nightwing and Batgirl's abilities in order to move the truck into position and use it as a shield from the enemy tumblers. Doing so successfully will let you grab the brick.
