Collecting the Red Brick on this level will unlock a new suit customization color for all characters.
1/5 - The First Kite can be found inside of the water treatment plant in the back right corner of the building.
2/5 - The Second Kite can be found in a glowing red vent shaft in the water treatment facility.
3/5 - The Third Kite can be found above the doorframe as you enter the generator building.
4/5 - The Fourth Kite can be found in front of the furnace below the main platform in the generator building.
5/5 - The Fifth Kite can be found in the red vent shaft where the third plant pod you need to destroy is.
In order to grab this Red Brick, head to the back left corner when you spawn in to the mission. Pry the door open as Robin, and head inside. You'll need to first attach a line with Robin's gadget from the blue battery cell on the center console to the fuse box on the right side of the room.
Then, use his staff on the left side of the room to shut the center hatch. While shut, switch to Batman, and you should glide up to the ceiling. Finally, switch back to Robin and lower the hatch again so you can switch to Batman one final time to retrieve this brick.
