LEGO Batman: Legacy Of The Dark Knight released in early access today for any users who have pre-purchased the highest edition of the game. Naturally, this means that secrets are being discovered all across Gotham, and some fans are being led to believe that one in particular, is in reference to popular game series 'Five Nights At Freddy's'
Yes, There's Really A Five Night's At Freddy's Easter Egg In LEGO Batman: Legacy Of The Dark Knight
Overview
Where do you find the easter egg?
In order to find this questionable reference, you'll need to progress further enough in the story until you reach the Arctic World mission. Naturally being a LEGO Game, it's covered with things that try not to take themselves too serious, but one joke that's recurring is the Animatronics scattered around the place.

While it may seem like this is just a coincidence, there is one area in particular within this level where you'll find a certain animatronic on display, which when getting close... Gives a rather unsettling speech.

What starts off as a job proposal to work for 'Arctic Worlds' soon turns into a fairly serious warning that the company will take no responsibility for any personal injuries, including gnawing, mauling, clawing, biting, and dismemberment
Given that this is a place where you can seemingly feed polar bears, it's not out of the question that this is just one big coincidence, and has no real ties to Five Nights At Freddy's at all, but given that the level also has one Animatronic being worked on similar to that of the naked Animatronic from FNAF 1, some fans think there may be a connection here, in the form of a clever nod by the developers.

It's hard to know for sure, but it certainly wouldn't surprise me if this was an on the nose reference, more specifically referencing The Bite Of 87, a well known and highly discussed event amongst FNAF fans.
I can't help but also point out that this Animatronic looks awfully similar to Funtime Freddy, one of the scary set of friends in 'Five Night's At Freddy's: Sister Location' - Yet another entry in the FNAF Universe (and an overhated one in my opinion)
So what is this? An attempt to re-ignite my childhood trauma with the bite of... Gotham? Or just a crazy case of accidental stolen identity (and no, I'm not talking about Hush)
