Disc Fragment Locations
The three Disc Fragments are scattered across the map. Here are their exact locations:
Disc Fragment 1
The first Disc Fragment can be found on the Eastern part of the map. You need to put your climbing gear on and not be afraid of heights because the first Disc requires you to climb high and it is on a barrel right at the top.
Disc Fragment 2
The second Disc Fragment is located in the North East of the map. It is hidden under some rocks, but it is on a couple of wooden crates.
Disc Fragment 3
The final Disc Fragment is found in the middle of the map, near the side of the lake/river. You can see it easily as it is on a wooden feature. It is is the main water area, not the one above on the map.
