The Canyon map has three collectable Disc Fragments that, when acquired, will unlock a music disc for the Psychedelic West Theme. Here are the locations of all the discs!

Disc Fragment Locations
The three Disc Fragments are scattered across the map. Here are their exact locations:
Disc Fragment 1
In the lower South-West part of the map, there is a Disc that is on some crates next to a rock feature and a wooden wall. It is in the corner behind the crates.
Disc Fragment 2
The second Disc Fragment is on the South East part of the map. You need to go into the mine, and depending on which side you enter from, there will be a small area of interest on either the left or the right. Go to the area of interest, and between some crates, there is the second Disk.
Disc Fragment 3
The last Disk Fragment is towards the North West of the map. There is a Disc located between a box and some wood. It is near a big rock feature.
