Follow along the "A Night Out" quest until you have to fight the jealous boyfriend in the restroom. Beat him up, and afterward choose the dialogue option "Balcony, you say?" when speaking to Nash. Then head out to the left toward the dance floor and straight back to the bar. On the left side of the bar, you can walk right behind the bartender and grab the Cocktail Napkin.
When you have entered the hotel and are looking over the balcony at the chess match, turn to the left and head straight to the end. You will see a male staff member right before the stairs. Use your dart phone on the man and pickpocket his "Staff Key." Head back, and on the right you will see a staff-only room. Go inside, and on the wardrobe to the right in the left corner, you will find the Pillow Mint.
After grabbing the Ober of Shields, head out the door you came in through, go left, then go right. Squeeze between the two boxes, then on the left through the open doors. On a box next to the couch, you will find the Championship Badge.
Just after getting the $100,000 needed for the auction, go back to the bottom of the stairs where we started. Head to the vendor on the left under the red umbrella. Talk to him—he’ll say you are buying the Grillz for $1,000, but he will give you the Pirate Grillz for free.
Continue through the chapter until you are about to leave Aleph for the ship. Before entering the Land Rover, head past it, and on the table you will find the Crocodile Tooth.
After collecting the WEBB Industries Press Pack, walk out the door and take a sharp right. Use your Laser Strap or phone dart on the guard, then run past him to the cloakroom door. Go inside, take a sharp right, and squeeze through the boxes. On the cart with the yellow bins, you will find the Anniversary Pin.
After fighting one of the blond twins in the basement, go through the doorway. In the room on the right labeled "Room 4 Restoration," on the far left wall you will find a white lockbox. Open it to obtain the "Restoration Room Key." Use it to gain access to the room across the hall. On the table near the window, you will find the Tero Murto Locket.
Progress through Chapter 12 until you reach the objective "Get to the Stairs," where Greenway lifts you on the sculpture. Once at the balcony, continue to the left. Hang over the railing and shimmy to the open window, then enter. On the left on the bar, you will find the City of London Postcard.
Continue through the chapter until you reach the section where you move the Fragile Glass Box. Once it is moved, head into the vent, then exit through the left-side vent into the office. In the far right corner of the room, you will find the Office Toy on the counter.
After doing the bowtie quick time event during the objective "Join the Party," turn around. On the bedside counter, you will find the Diving Watch.
After returning to HQ during the objective "Talk to Moneypenny," take a left and go down to the desks. There you will find the Niko Murto Locket.
After grabbing the Ace of Bells, turn around and head straight to the front desk. On the right side, you will find the Snow Globe.
After climbing down the silo entrance on your way to Hyperion, at the bottom you will find a vent. Go inside and follow it all the way to the end. You will drop down into a conference room. Turn around, and at the podium in the back, you will find the Robot Keychain.
During the objective "Find Valhalla Keys" in Q's Lab, head over to Wearables. On the right side, on the coffee table, you will find the Dashboard Toy.
