Appraised Talismans are powerful endgame Talismans that have random skills and decoration slots, and allow for higher build diversity as well as equipping more skills. They are best-in-class and a must-have for endgame hunting.
In this article, we will go over how to get them and the optimal skill combinations you should aim for.
Obtaining Appraised Talismans

Upon reaching HR 100, 9-star quests will start showing up on the map. Among their rewards are Glowing Stones, which turn into Appraised Talismans with random skills and slots.
These quests are even more difficult than 8-star ones, so be sure to upgrade your armour and eat a meal to avoid carting.
Different Types of Talismans
Glowing Stones turn into different rarity Talismans:
- Rarity 5: 59%
- Rarity 6: 27%
- Rarity 7: 11%
- Rarity 8: 3%.
Rarity 7 and 8 Talismans are the ones we’re on the lookout for, as they can often have better skill economy than craftable Talismans.
Rarity 8 Talismans can have a Lv1 weapon decoration slot, and up to two more Lv1 armour slots. Lower rarities can only have armour decoration slots: Lv3 slot, Lv2+Lv1 slots, Lv1+Lv1+Lv1 slots (And fewer).
Available Skills

Only Skills that have decorations can appear as Talismans. Special monster-specific Weapon Skills are not available yet. However, all Talismans have at least one Weapon Skill.
Skill Level
Depending on the slots of the equivalent decoration of a skill, you can have up to:
- 1-slot decoration: Three levels
- 2-slot decoration: Two levels
- 3-slot decoration: One level
Number of Skills
The same Talisman can have up to three different innate skills:
- Weapon Skills: Up to one Skill with a 3-slot equivalent decoration.
- Armour Skills: Up to one Skill with a 3-slot equivalent decoration, and additional Skills with 1-slot equivalent decorations.
Some Talismans can have multiple Weapon Skills and no Armour Skills. Additional Weapon Skills will have 1-slot equivalent decorations.
How to Identify a Good Talisman
The best Talisman are usually those that have multiple Weapon Skills, as they have higher value than Armour Skills, while having additional decoration slots.
For example, we could have a Rarity 8 Talisman having a 3-slot decoration Weapon Skill, like
Master's Touch; a 3-slot decoration armour Skill, like
Counterstrike; one Lv1 weapon decoration slot, and two Lv1 armour decoration slots. This is a great improvement over craftable charms, as they often have Lv2 2-slot armour Skills, like
Weakness Exploit or
Agitator.
To sum up, look for Talismans that maximise Weapon Skills and have multiple decoration slots. Lv2 or Lv3 Armour skills are valuable, but only if combined with good Weapon Skills on a Talisman.
