Casting Reflux Sorceress Build Guide for PvE
Build
Offers the highest burst potential of builds. It makes use of casting spells similar to an Sorceress. However it has the lowest consistent damage potential. It is a turret-like playstyle, however it casts all its spells from range, making it relatively safe.
Pros
- Best burst amongst Reflux builds due to utilizing Final Strike tripods.
- Completely ranged, offering safety and teleports
- Relatively cheap to build
- Rotation is very simple and straightforward
Cons
- Slow compared to other Reflux builds (long cast, can’t reliably stay in boundless for extra attack speed and cooldown reduction)
- Reliant on hitting casting spells for most of its damage profile, missing them is quite punishing.

How to play
The goal is to gather 6 stacks before using any casting spells. Whenever possible, you should also trigger Conviction + Judgment before using casting spells. This will improve your crit rate and your cast count.
Opening rotation
- Phase Leap / Blink
After the opening rotation, becomes desynced and is cast independently off cooldown, while and remain in sync and are cast as a pair, using animation canceling. Both are cast before in the opener in order to avoid them desyncing as well as the Conviction + Judgment effect runs out.
After the opener, there is no set rotation.
Animation cancel
All three of your main casting spells have an animation at the end that can be skipped by beginning another cast that uses an indicator. This is useful for the overall flow of rotation and for positioning if you cancel the knockback from .

gear tripods
HIGHEST PRIORITY - Critical for the build to work
MEDIUM PRIORITY - Good damage gain
LOWEST PRIORITY - Nice to have but can be ignored
Gear set
Nightmare 6-Set is the default choice after reaching Relic Gear. Reaching boundless mode is hard to do with this build, but it’s important that when casting major skills, you are in magic addiction mode.
Bracelet
Bracelets have a large pool of potential effects and it can get very expensive trying to obtain specific ones. The best way to approach this item is to use one with the correct combat stats for your build and not worry too much about the extra effects until you can afford to spend a significant amount of gold for them.
Your primary goal is to have a roll of the two primary stats we use, meaning Crit and Swiftness. Crit is preferred to have the highest roll between both.
If you decide to start rolling for additional effects, look for any of the following:
- Hammer
- Wedge* (only if you already have Hammer)
- Superiority* (On successful Basic Attack against a foe, Damage +1.5/2/2.5%)
- Precise
- Raid
- Fervor
- Circulate
