A Shaman Shunned is a mandatory quest that involves meeting Ur’Dak and getting into the Orc Enclave. After speaking to Xardas, he’ll give the player the Xardas Tower Teleportation Rune and teach him basic Orcish. Then, he’ll point the player toward Ur’Dak, an Orc Shaman who can help with getting inside the Orc Enclave.
There are two paths that the player can take to Ur’Dak:
- Northeast from Xardas Tower, through the Orc Territory. This path is more straightforward, but it’s filled with Orcs. From the tower base, go North and then East once you are near the Old Citadel. There’ll be a path up the cliff.
- From the Mountain Fortress crossroads. This path involves backtracking to the Xardas Sunken Tower, crossing the lake, and climbing up to the broken bridge that leads to the Old Citadel.
Once players reach the Old Citadel, they’ll find Ur’Dak being attacked by several Razors. Take them down and talk to Ur’Dark, who will inform the player about how to enter the Orc Enclave, starting the quest “The Banner of Banners”.
