As for a quick summary of what to expect with this latest patch:
The season start date has moved to December 11th, system changes to Sanctification and Bosses, Nerfs to Mythic Uniques such as Melted Heart of Selig, and a lot of relevant buffs and nerfs to multiple classes as well as bug fixes.
