Overall the most versatile minion necro build in Season 4, easily capable of doing extremely high tiers of the pit and even 1 shotting level 200 tormented bosses. This is a Golem focused build, so we are scaling golem as much as humanly possible. Blood Golem is the best for raw damage since it gets a 50% damage increase.
Skeletal mages shadow buff the damage of our Golem and help us maintain uptime on our best damage aspect Blighted Aspect
Reapers are good for spawning corpses mid combat, that we can utilize to proc Flesh Eater and Raise Skeleton for a myriad of buffs.
Blood Mist for an immunity that you can use on a very low cooldown
Bone Storm for 15% DR, 20% crit chance, shadow damage for Blighted Aspect and barrier via a legendary aspect
Corpse Tendrils for vulnerability and an on demand stun
Decrepify for massive damage reduction, and INSANE cooldown reduction via our minions proccing lucky hit










Make sure to reach an armor cap of 9,230. All other defensive rolls should be max health. Intelligence and max health are interchangeable on all pieces except weapons.



Build Notes
- Curse your enemies with Decrepify
- Use your Golem active cooldown on CD for damage
- Bone Storm on cooldown for DR/barrier/crit chance
- Suck everything in with Corpse Tendrils
- Spam Spawn Skeletons to empower your minions, heal them, and proc Flesh Eater
- Blood Mist when scared
Gameplay can be a bit involved, refer to the gameplay guide of the video if you want to see it in action or want some general tips.
This build utilizes the Golem to scale it's damage out of control, easily mowing through everything in the game. One of the main ways being the Blighted Aspect which we can have up 100% of the time due to using Shadow Mages and some of our legendary aspects. Scaling attack speed is also extremely potent as it also converts into additional damage via the Cult Leader paragon node.
As a result of taking advantage of the cooldown reduction via Decrepify we can have extremely low cooldowns on all of our abilities, namely Bone Storm for a ton of added benefits, but also our Golem active ability, being able to spam it every other second for massive damage output, when you also have some raw CDR on your gear and the golem active cooldown reduction temper on rings/amulet.
For our defense, prioritizing HP is the way to go, easily achieving upwards of 60-70k max life when using Elixir of Antivenin + Elixir of Protection 2, as long as you have tons of max hp rolls on your gear.
