This is an all-legendary variation that I put together on Hardcore characters to start speedfarming Torment III & picking up uniques.
You can use Eagle as secondary spirit hall to increase your crit chance by around 20%.
Rune combo CemGar can be used to increase crit chance by 25%. If doing this, change secondary runes as well, I would recommend BacTzic.
Build Notes
Starter Build Loop: 1: Hold Position (Shift on Keyboard) 2: Use buff skills (Ravager, Armored Hide, Scourge) 3: Use The Hunter 4: Use Evade until you can't because it's on cooldown. 5: Use Thunderspike & then repeat step 4.
You can cover ground at a rate of about 200% movement speed by rotating between using thunderspike & evade, back & forth. As you develop this build, the goal gameplay loop is to simply be able to evade non-stop killing everything in record speed. The buff skills become optional & it becomes a comfortable one-button build that I love farming Torment IV with.
