Diablo 4 Sorcerer BuildMekuna's Lightning Spear Starter Version [T1-T4]
This is the starter version of the [TOP META] build found here.
You can begin playing this build once you reach level 60. To get started, you'll need to have Splintering Energy aspect and Fractured Winterglass amulet.
Fireball should be used to execute monsters and trigger Tal Rasha, while also helping to recharge Enlightenment more quickly when the buff isn’t active.
If you have to choose, craft Harlequin Crest before Starless Skies.
This build is excellent from T1 to T3 until you can obtain the Mythical Unique. It's easy to play, offers great AoE, and is perfect for speed farming!
Masterworking (MW) enhances an item's stats. Each MW rank boosts all affixes by 5%, but Ranks 4, 8, and 12 give a 25% bonus to one random affix. 1 MW: Rank 4 (blue), one affix gets a 25% bonus. 2 MW: Rank 8 (yellow), two affixes get a 25% bonus. 3 MW: Rank 12 (orange), three affixes get a 25% bonus. Use the Masterworking menu at Blacksmiths with materials from The Pit. MW ranks can be reset if needed. You don't have to triple MW everything, but it's more optimal if you can. If not, aim for at least 2 MWs. Most of the time, other stats are fine.

Build Notes
Skill Rotation
- Spam Frozen Orb to generate Lightning Spear via Factured Winterglass and proc Orange Herald to reset the cooldown of Unstable Current.
- Unstable Current gives you more attack speed.
- Cast Lightning Spear as soon as it’s available.
- Activate Ice Armor as often as possible, and don’t forget to press Unstable Currents!
- Use Fireball to recharge Enlightenment more quickly when the buff isn’t active.
If you're not struggling with mana, consider using the Aspect of Conceited on your ring instead of Aspect Of Elemental Acuity. Godslayer Crown can be replaced with Hail of VerglasRegular boots need the affixes "Attacks Reduce Evade's Cooldown by 1.5 Seconds"
You can start transitioning to the Top Beta build found here once you find a decent amulet to replace Winterglass, ideally GA intelligence and another passive.
There’s also a variant of this build that you can use if you drop the Mythical Unique item before fully transitioning to the Top Meta build. You can start transitioning to the Top Beta build once you find a decent amulet to replace Winterglass, ideally one with GA Intelligence and another passive. You can keep using Winterglass if you don't have a decent amulet if you have Harlequin Crest and/or Ring of Starless Skies. Shroud of False Death is also good to use if you find it.
