Diablo 4 Spiritborn BuildMekuna's Quill Volley Build Pit150 in 2 min
This is currently the strongest build in the game, centered around the core skill Quill Volley, combined with Kepeleke and Banished Lord for We believe this build has the potential to push even further with perfect gear !
The requierement to play this build is to have Banished Lord's Talisman and enough resource generation to have full vigor back between each hit.
Don't forget to read the build detailed notes below.
This variant is only for pushing and is useless against single target. Use this one if you wanna try to clear in 2min30+ Very important : You need LHC resource on glove and the Fell Soothsayer's Aspect to make it work. Otherwise you won't do damage. Use Movespeed instead of Armor on Boots for this Variant because you want to go fast

Masterworking (MW) enhances an item's stats. Each MW rank boosts all affixes by 5%, but Ranks 4, 8, and 12 give a 25% bonus to one random affix.
- 1 MW: Rank 4 (blue), one affix gets a 25% bonus.
- 2 MW: Rank 8 (yellow), two affixes get a 25% bonus.
- 3 MW: Rank 12 (orange), three affixes get a 25% bonus.
Use the Masterworking menu at Blacksmiths with materials from The Pit. MW ranks can be reset if needed. In this very end game version you want to hit 3MW on everything to optimise as much as you can.
It's very important to MW 3x Maximum Resolve Stacks because from 2MW to 3MW it goes from 9 to 13. If you can't, life is ok. You can't max out All Resistance without Tyrael's gear, but it doesn't really matter. Feel free to choose gems for your jewelry based on your preferred playstyle.

Build Notes
The gameplay loop revolves around efficiently using all abilities as soon as they're available, ensuring consistent output and maximizing effectiveness.
Breakpoints :
- 122.22 Barrier Generation : if you reach 122.22, you can replace Amesthys with Emerald for more damage 45% barrier coming from Bulwark (Que rune) 45*2.22 = 100%
- 79% [Budget Setup] Attack Speed Bonus unbuff if you use Moonrise. you need to have Duelist Aspect to be 5 to have 13 stacks of Ferocity to make it works. You can masterwork your GA IAS on ring 3x and get rid of IAS on glove. You get the rest from Paragon points and Banished Lord's Talisman. If you don't reach the breakpoint you will be fine but it's a bit worse.
- 94% Attack Speed Bonus unbuff if you don't use Moonrise. You can get that with one MW on GA ring & glove + Paragon points and Banished Lord's Talisman. You need to have Duelist Aspect to be 5 to have 14 stacks of Ferocity to make it works.
13 frames 123.80% attack speed (total) 12 frames 140.30% attack speed (total) 11 frames 163.80% attack speed (total) If you can't reach it don't overthink too much it's ok, you will just deal a bit less damage.
For the Regular setup :
- Change resource generation to resource cost reduction on your ring temper
- 560 Total Intelligence via Shroud of False Death (+All Stats) 50% Midnight Sun, 3 Points in Vigorous Passive to be able to play with Adaptable Scourge (Int gives resource gen) otherwise use Reinforced Scourge
- Take 2 points out of Armored Hide and put them into Vigorous
For the Shatter setup :
- Make sure to have one roll of Lucky Hit Chance to restore Resource on your glove (no need to be GA). Build doesn't work without this roll.
- 2 Resolve Stacks should be better than 1-1 with Resilient because Colossal is double dipping
- Banished Lord needs at least 240 Vigor, and having more Vigor will further boost your damage, particularly with Kepeleke.
- Shroud of False Death is used for Max Life & +1 to all passive
- Viscous Shield calculates its value based on your base life, a 12-point barrier is equivalent to 1% extra damage. So, having a 12,000 barrier grants you 10 times more damage, which is crucial to this build. You'll achieve a 100% with the Que rune.
- Maximum Resolve Stacks : When you have 100% block chance, you'll receive a 140% bonus to crit damage, and it's possible to stack block chance from various sources. With the Interdirection aspect, higher Resolve stacks significantly increase your damage, and with optimal stacking, you can a lot more damage (e.g., 13 stacks each from 2 mastery defensive tempers 26 from gear + 8 initial, for a total of 34 stacks, giving you 100 + 34x15 + 10 = 620 block chance).
- Aspects : it matters a LOT if your aspect of interdiction is 10% instead of 15% and you have 38 stacks, you miss 570 - 380 = 190 block chance. Same logic for Redirected Force. So you want your aspect are high as possible
Stats Explained
- Life is the most important affixe you are looking for. Its triple dipping with
- Overpower
- Vicious Shield and Quill Volley
- Vicious Shield and Jaguard Spirit Hall
- Dexterity is Spiritborn main stat and buff your damage
- Ranks to Quill Volley Buff your damage as it's your core skill. Resource Cost Reduction and Dexterity on glove should be close.
- Resource Cost Reduction have weird interaction with Kepeleke and boost your damage. Seems to scale exponentially.
- Intelligence increase your resource generation. You should have enough if you follow the Paragon Board or use Shroud of False Death
