Diablo 4 Rogue BuildS5 Victimize Heartseeker 1-100 Leveling + Endgame Full Progression (Victimize, Heartseeker, Smoke Grenade)
This build absolutely crushes the game with nearly no enemy save. Victimize is one of the two builds for rogue, alongside rapidfire, capable of clearing T100+ with ease, while also being much simpler to play. If you want a strong, very easy to play build, you have found your match!
We use Inner Sight for 25% additional critical strike chance.
Use Tempering to exchange Dodge for Resistances to combine this with Gems to cap your resistances! You should be Armor and Resistance capped with maxed out glyphs and a bit of master working! You only need to temper 1x Lightning Resistances on your Helmet to cap at the very end.
If you happen to find Luckyhit: Chance to make Enemies Vulnerable, use it instead of Aspect of Accursed Touch. You can then slot in Aspect of Inner Calm for more dmg. Later, this will become mandatory, but during lvling you probably won´t be able to find it.

Build Notes
Gameplay strategy during leveling
- Cast Heartseeker. Delete.
- Cast Caltrops to apply a trap effect, stacking dmg buff and get away from enemies.
- Cast Smoke Grenade to trigger Daze and apply the dmg buff.
- Chug a Health Potion to apply the new Unstable Elixiers Passive. (18% more dmg)
- Dash for mobility and a crit buff.
- Shadow Step to apply a 20% DR buff and apply Vulnerable/Daze.

Caltrops
Caltrops have not enough duration to benefit from the max duration dmg buff without 2 Caltrops duration tempers. This is very important for maxing your pit pushes. However, it is ass to play without the caltrop size temper, so i only run one and sacrifice some dps for major QoL.
What Weapon should I use?
Bow as well as Swords.
The build is based on the Victimize Keystone, providing you with a lucky hit proc scaling with the basedmg of the initial hit and vulnerable dmg as an additional multiplier. Furthermore, we are going to utilize multipliers affecting both, the initial hit and the victimize proc, resulting in obscene dmg.
S5 fixed a double dip bug resulting in less dmg than before, but this was compensated with a 50% dmg buff to victimize. For anyone worried, the build will be just fine and still blast everything into pieces.
Defenses are taken care of by stacking Dark Shroud on crit, also on a lucky hit proc. This will result in occasional 70-80% DR with high end gear. S5 put a cooldown of 1.5 sec on it, so its not permanent anymore. However, it is still incredible.
Additional mobility helps us survive with Caltrops, Dash, Shadow Step, and Evade allowing you to dodge basically any dmg coming your way. If something hits you, it will be heavily mitigated by Dark Shroud. Additional Dodge Chance will prevent even more dmg from hitting your prestine face.
Caltrops as well as Smoke Grenade are both massive dmg amplifiers. Applying those two is mandatory for this build to deal good dmg.
Leveling is also a joy, with a special twink setup, letting you blast throug WT1-WT4 in barely 6h of gametime.
