Mefishto Secret Fish Boss
Diablo 4 Season 15 has added a brand new, secret fishing boss - Mefishto, Lord of Relaxation! He drops a new unique - Godly Plate of the Whale - that doubles your yield when fishing!
Farm Legendary/Unique Fish
To get started, you need to farm a combination of 10 legendary or unique fish. This can be any combination of any fish that meet that quality. Note: Mythic Fish do NOT count! You can fish these anywhere - I got mine in Scosglen off the Marowen piers.
Once you collected your 10, head to Temis and use the Horadric Cube. Transmute all 10, and you'll receive a net. Collect the net and you will receive a message 'you emit a foul stench'
Mefishto Farming Spot
Now head over to the southeastern area of Philios - you'll know it on the map when you spot two small rocks by the coast. Start fishing here to try and catch Mefishto! Note that he is very rare - some players report it taking them 3 hours of fishing to pull him up.
I recommend you grab a group of 4 friends, all of which transmute 10 legendary/unique fish in the cube, and fish together - this brings the time down to an average of 30 minutes. With that, happy hunting - and good luck getting your godly fish of the whale!
