Here I'll just emphasize the aspects that you should pay attention to while lving.
This will be more than enough for your journey to Torment 1.Remember, avoid putting good aspects on your weapon. Even though the aspect has a doubled effect, you want to change your weapon as often as possible to increase your base damage. Your most important aspect always goes on the amulet while lving.
The runes I suggest below are runes you'll get relatively early in the game. There are better ones.

- Vortex to gather enemies
- Toxic Skin to increase your damage
- Stinger or Touch of Death (ToD) for DPS
- Withering Fist to recover Vigor
- Do you have to kill a big boy? Combo time
- ToD and use a The Seeker afterwards. This will make your ToD usable 3x again, so use it! Then use ANOTHER The Seeker, +3 ToD, Seeker, +3 ToD, etc... It's worth remembering that The Seeker will also make your enemies vulnerable, which will increase your damage as well.
We try to make the most of the Noxious Resonance passive to increase our [x] damage. That's why we invest heavily in critical damage, so much so that I'd like to test this build in the future with 2 normal legendary rings.
Temery is important to have the roll at 100%, not only to help you survive longer, but also because we have a legendary node (viscous shield) that will increase our [x] damage according to our barrier.
Craze of the dead God is an extremely strong item that will increase your damage and also make you extremely tanky. The point is that as this item causes you to take a lot of poison damage, it is VERY important that you cap your poison. But Spiriborn has a passive that helps us a lot with this, and also increases our maximum poison resistance (antivenom). So being able to maximize this item with rolls on this passive will make it much more tanky.
