NERF made us SLOWER but the build is still viable and could be played.
Seems like Aspect of unyielding hits is BUGGED - we can drop it out now.

Build Notes
Use EVADE to Move around.
Gather Enemies right after engaging with Vortex.
Use Armored Hide when they are off Cooldown.
Spam Evade Again Until Fight is Finished.
If enemy has a lot of Damage you can keep the distance and offscreen with Feathers.
The main idea of the build is to Utilize Sepazontec staff together with Thunderspike to lower cooldown of the Evade to 0 and just spam it non stop.
IMPORTANT - You will need 2 Evade Charges AND Thunderspike on the panel for it to work.
No other Unique's are required except Sepazontec yet Loaylty Mantle is boosting damage VERY high so get it asap.
On top of that just stacking Feather Potency Temperings + Sources of Crit / Lightning Damage tremendous damage.
Vortex + Lucky Hit Chance Bonuses are a great way to crowd control.
All of that with crazy survivability with 80%+ dodge while Evading + almost 100% Block Chance makes Lightning Evade SpiritBorn one of the Best Builds in the meta.
For Mercenaries - Go with Raheir with Bastion + Inspiration and Aldkyn Reinforcement just for more tankiness with Field Of Languish.
